- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus

- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Well experienced faculties who teaches you very well.Extra classes will be given to you if you have any difficulties with the subject.They are very friendly towards the students.
- Overall the collage is good.It has a vast placement option as compared to other self financing collages.The classrooms and overall atmosphere of the collage is good for the students and helps them focus on there studies.
- While saying about the hostel.It ensure discipline neatness and good food
Dislikes
- As compared to other colleges the number of programs and other celebration are limited here.But after a sem we become adjusted to the rules and regulations of the collage.
- I felt that some of the faculties have a small partiality towards some students.
- If we need to move to our home from hostel we need to take hostel pass which is approved through the etlab application, sometimes I feel difficulty in using this app .
Course Curriculum Overview:
As a civil student the collage provides a good curriculum.I provides us with good labs which have all the equipments we need for studies.As a civil student I think practicals are more effective than theory classes as it helps us to show real world application.I think the course curriculum has to give practicals more that theory topics.

Placement Experience:
College has a very good functioning placement cell.College give placement training from 2nd semester onwards. students can participate in placement interviews from 6th semester. All students having a CGPA above 6.5 can participate in campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum from the university is an average. many papers or subjects are old theory which lacks application in the current scenario. There should be more focus on developing a syllabus focsuing the current system and scenarios.

- The infrastructure there is world-class. The best in Kerala. The faculties knows their stuff. The canteen is the best of any colleges in Kerala.They Even have a community Radio
- The hostels are the best in neatness and all, ask any inmates.
- The labs are very impressive and the lab technician are knowledgeable.
Dislikes
- The college is strict about discipline and it can be a problem for Teenagers and youngsters.
- Teachers are too involved in our academics when compared to other colleges which can give pressure to students who doesn't want to study but enjoy life.
- The Cultural events there are limited to only the students of the college which is not very nice.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I never wanted to be an engineer before I joined here but the college made me fall in love with this course. The curriculum involves many internships and such activities which makes it more fun and interesting.

- I feel like staffs in my department are pretty good, atleast they fullfill their duties to cover the portions in right time
- We have placements training, offered free of cost by college itself
- Notes and necessary materials for studying are provided from college itself, and most teachers don't force on buying textbooks or other materials
Dislikes
- College is located in aarakunnam, which is a bit remote area hence for various needs we often need to travel a few kilometres even for basic necessities
- The road to collage entrance is a steep road, and currently it's under construction (it's been a yr)
- Students are required to park their vehicles outside the college, as there is no parking facilities for students inside campus
Placement Experience:
Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all.
We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements
Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

- Microcontrole lab, stimulation lab are supereffecient and well organised.students have enough space in these labs. Computer lab contains 200 computer . Overall infrastructure is very good for learning and research purpose
- Library is well established and it contains enough book for each and every subject of btech and mtech students
- Subject knowledge and teaching style of each faculties are appreciatiable and they have good helping mentalities for students. Overall they are very supportive for students in academics, sports, arts, games etc
Dislikes
- Campus area is little much lower as compared to other government engineering college
- Placement cell should be improves to 24LPA from 5LPA
- Professional communication peroid, professional ethics period should be improves to standard level
Placement Experience:
There are many companies come for civil, mechanical branch students mainly. In medical field instrument manufacturing companies aieded Applied Electronics and instrumentation students. In our college a placement officer is charged and he assists students for placements. In electronic 0ut of 70 students 10 of them are only placed in the last year. Even though placed students are not in core field they are all in it field. It is mainly due to unaware of coreareas during study time. my plan after btech degree is mainly mtech. But in first two years placed in a electronics company then preparing for gate exam

- Sometimes revaluation results will come after the last date for submission of supplementary exam registration.
Course Curriculum Overview:
College provides internship programs in association with some companies.
Computer science is a very relevant course in these days.
So that our college provides internships, encourage us to participate in hackathons etc.

- Number and quality of placement is very poor
Placement Experience:
Mainly from fourth year students get placed and all. But placements are less here. And package is really poor. Percentage of students getting placed is decreased. Companies like infosys and all come here, but no. Of students getting placed is really low.

- Its a self financing college and give importance to studies only
- Extra curricular activities are very rare
- Workload gives students stress. At the last moment they tell to complete the records, reports etc
Course Curriculum Overview:
I studied computer science in 12th standard. But i have no interest in it. So i choose mechanical engineering in btech. Its a good course and offers many knowledge to students. I thas great scope. The gap between exams is too short so studying is difficult
