The annual fest is yuvan and the technical fest is entropy which is very great i love it.

Dislikes

mess food is worst and for food there is no near by good restaurants
library is small and it is very silent feels like hell and instead of library students can sit on labs for study
Mess food is pretty bad in taste and quality

Dreams do come true(iiitg)

Likes

Good sports facility we can enjoy with the facilities of sports
Good faculty faculty are well experienced they teach good
Very pleasent environment far from city very pleasent environment around the campus

Dislikes

Hectic schedule schedule is hectic for the week days
No proper hospital facilities nearby and everything is not available nearby
Mess quality should be improved a lot however canteens are there

Students get qualified for placements from 6th semester companies like Flipkart Walmart and Accenture come for placements highest package is 1.2 crore and average package is 17.2 lpa and percentage of people placed is 94%

Likes

Faculty teach very good and they are experienced in their fields
Very pleasent environment far from the city and its very pleasent
All ur daily needs are available and transportation to. City is aso feasible

Dislikes

Mess food quality can be improved at now it's ok but can be improved
No hospital facility nearby need to go by 3 km for emergency needs
Sports complex can be improved by keeping more sports

From 6th semester students get eligible for placements and no of companies like Accenture and Walmart and Amazon visit our campus the average package offered is 17.2 lakh and highest package is 1.2 crore almost 94 percentage people get placed

I liked in the college is it is providing unlimited free Wifi
Central AC in the college which I liked in this campus
We can go outside untill 9:30 PM everyday which is enough to enjoy

Dislikes

Mess food is that good . repeats the same
There is no greennary in the college. Trees are less
No sports facilities available in the college

From 3rd sem students become eligible for campus placement. The offers made last year was 157 and major companies. Highest package is 120lpa and average is 17.5 for cse The percentage of students getting placements are 95percent

The course is very well organised and the faculty is good
Sports facilities are good in future' we can see other facilities
Pleasent environment and healthy competition among the alumni and supportive faculty

Mess food quality could have been better
No proper hospital facilities near by need to go around 3 km
Cricket ground could have been better with good facilities

From the 6th semester, students get eligible for placements and you can take the internship exams which come to college right from the 3rd semester and many companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and many others. For companies visiting here the placement percentage is 92% highest package is 1.2 crore and the profile is HR and the average is 17.2 lpa.

There will be a little low stress compared to other colleges
The greenary over here and silence over here is super
The food stalls here are a bit decent to have some cravings.

Dislikes

The institute is very far away from the guwahati city
The south indians may can't be happy with the food. I knew it because I m South Indian😅
We need to walk a lot for minimal essential things.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose this college for placements opportunities over here. The faculty over here are experienced members. They teach in good manner. The stress over is a bit less compared to other institutions. In the 1st year we don't have any assignments to be done.

The environment of our campus and infrastructure
The hostel facilities and acad building .
The eco friendly nature of faculty with students

Dislikes

I don't like the exams here 😞. Mainly I don't like end sem exams
There was no proper ground to play games
The rains were very heavy in our College area

Placement Experience:

I think from 6 or 7 th semester we can eligible for placements . There was minimum 80% placement percentage in our college . My plans after getting degree to enjoy the life ???? and get a good job to live

Almost everything you need to know about IIIT Guwahati.

Likes

The curriculum here is very robust and industry oriented. Even the curriculum of IITs aren't as good

Dislikes

The campus is very small so you won't be getting that Karan Johar college experience
The faculty are highly qualified but are not good "teachers" if you know what I mean.

Placement Experience:

I am currently in 1st year right now so I'm not placed yet. But the 2023 graduated batch had great placements keeping in mind the recession. Almost all students get placed in cse branch while in ece it's around 85%. This is because many students go for mtech and other higher studies or prepare for a govt job

Beautiful campus IIITG

I like the campus the campus is beautiful and can experience good nature scenary
I like the competitions in sports and esports
There are also good places to visit near by college so I enjoy on holidays

Dislikes

As I'm from southern part of India i really don't get connected with the food here

Placement Experience:

Most of the students will get placed in campus placements the highest package offered was 1.2cr and I can see every year highest package offered will be above 60L per annum and average package here is 17L so it's good compared to all private institutions
