Teachers of core subjects teaches pretty good and have good skill which they try their best to pass on to students.
Get a good percentile is jee mains nta site is there for application form.
Beauty of the campus is an absolute bliss. less work pressure of academic. campus is well connected to nature.

Water isn't that great and may cause skin problems
The college doesn't have a proper shelter which is the worst possible situation due to the climate
One of the major drawbacks of my college is the weather condition, which can be extremely hot. Being located in the southern part of the India, the temperatures often soar, making it uncomfortable for students, especially during the summer months.

A glimpse of NIT PUDUCHERRY

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester itself you're eligible for a pre-placement offer or a dream package, Many companies like TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, WIPRO, etc, Visit the campus every year. Last year around 90% of the students got placed in placements. Last year the highest paid package was 44 LPA for an ECE student and least placement offer was 4LPA and the average package was around 8LPA. But most of the students from our Institute will go for masters or M.Tech.Our Institute recently signed an MoU with iitm to offer a direct PhD degree for nippy students.

Placement Experience:

I can confidently say about the placement in the University because I was offered with 2, The college boasts a 100 per cent placement rate. The college committee is critical in providing us with appropriate placement opportunities. According to the college free, the placement opportunities are excellent. The payoff is excellent. During each round of selection, The average pay was 7 LPA and the companies were TATA, Vedanta etc.

My NIT Experience

Entrance Preview:

JEE score was acceptable at this university and my score in JEE met its required cut-off. I began preparing for it during class 12th and then appeared for it. After filling my admission form, I received a call letter from my university via e-mail. During counseling, my documents like class 10th and 12th score card, and JEE score report were verified. I submitted the fee of first semester after my document verification.

NIT Puducherry Lifestyle

Placement Experience:

CodeNation Solutions, Byju's - The Learning App, Virtusa, Optum, Raam Group, Samsung R&D, L&T Infotech, and other notable recruiters visited the campus. NIT Placement in Puducherry. The CSE department had the highest number of placements, followed by the ECE department. Average placement were about 12 LPA and placement was 85%.

Placement Experience:

The placement quality of the college is decent and the college maintains a decent placement record of 80% placement. The placement committee members are quite professional and they are able to invite good numbers of the faculty in the college for the placement drive and around 75 companies visit our campus for the college placement drive. The highest placement offer of the college was around 15 LPA and the average placement offer is around 8 LPA.

The college placement committee helps us and guides us during every round of placement so that we are placed with good offers. Placement Experience:

The college has a good placement record. The college placement committee is very helpful and cooperative. The placement committee of the college helps us to identify the companies as per our interest and they help us during the placement process so that we can get placed. The highest package for our batch was around 16 LPA and the average package was around 7.55 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Snapdeal, IBM, Virtusa, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, IBM etc visited our campus for the college placement drive.

Nice College bit since its new hence little problems exists

Remarks:

Infrastructure need to develop more but since the College is new so we can not complain and hence in the upcoming years it's going to develop a lot. The College was set up in 2011 along with 9other nits and this is the most successful College out of the nine Colleges set up

When it comes to NITs, everyone knows that they are better than any private colleges in the aspects like fees, faculties, campus. The tag of NIT can come in handy for you any day.

NIT Puducherry (NITPY) has the best and most supportive faculty there is. Be it any department and especially CSE. There is nothing better than good professors from whom you can seek all the knowledge you want. The fee structure is quite affordable and less when compared to the private colleges but a bit more than government colleges.

The CSE department also has quite promising placements. The students get placed in huge companies in places like Bangalore, Noida, and Chennai. Not that we are looking for it but NIT Puducheert has a lab with a 1000 Mbps internet connection that is available for you to use. If it convinces you, then you can surely go for it.

If your requirement is Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology then it is not the best choice for you.
