- Aap professors are very good and take know about the subject in detail and the love their subjects and teach us how to love the subject
- Jadavpur university has a strong track record of campus placements, with many students securing promising job opportunities in leading companies across various industries.
- The eligibility of the course for electronics and telecommunication engineering is you have to get a good marks and rank in wbjee exam, our department is second best after cse is the best department in our college

- Quality of faculty is not very good as the salaries are low. the flawed fees structure causes the university to be dependent on government funds and lack autonomy.
- The thing which i disliked is the level of difficulty in our syllabus..it's a bit tough.
- The infrastructure of the class and labs are not good due to lack of funds and skilled personnel at all levels.

Placement Experience:
From the 4th semester, students can avail themselves of placement. Different NGOs visit for my course and MNCs as well. An average of 2-3 LPA is offered. Maximum students get places. I chose to pursue on digital marketing and content writing field.

I had to sit for an entrance exam for B.A. but since I am continuing pursuing the same course in M.A. too, I was accepted here for M.A. simply because it's an integrated 5yrs course.

This was the only University that provides Undergraduate course in Comparative Literature. None of the other colleges offered this course in their Undergraduate programme. This was a subject that i really wanted to study.

I had always decided upon getting admission into a government college which has a good NIRF ranking and hence I chose jadavpur University. Other than that jadavpur provides unconventional learning based on its vivid learning approach.

The Jadavpur university has an outstanding faculty and infrastructure as it is recognised as one of the topmost universities of India. it is well facilitised with free wifi zones, large playground and gymnasium. The University also has an outstanding library and beautiful campus with hostel facility. The departments have great lab facility of their own and other resources required for higher education and researches. The university also grant students different scholarships and concessions.

Jadavpur University is one of the world's best Universities and it is close to my home town with all the best facilities, infrastructure, teaching staffs, playground,library and all other things a student needs for higher education. the University gives exposure to cultural factors also. It also organise many national and international seminars that helps students to intaract with many outside colleges and universities

It's one of the best in the City. And is really known for it's academics and independent stature, as a whole. A student has his/her voice to put up. And I always wanted to be a student of this University. So when I got a chance to become one I was extremely happy.
