UPES M.Tech CTM Fees
The total academic fee for the M.Tech Construction Technology and Management program at UPES for AY 2026-27 is approximately INR 3.32 Lakhs (including tuition and other mandatory charges). The tuition fee alone is INR 3.09 Lakhs for the full 2-year program. In addition to tuition, students are required to pay a one-time Personality Development Course (PDC) fee of INR 9,000, an Alumni fee of INR 2,100, and a Technology fee of INR 3,800 per semester for the first year. Hostel accommodation is optional and available at an additional cost starting from INR 1,83,000 per year.

- A refundable (interest-free) security deposit of INR 20,000 is payable at the time of registration and is not included in the Total Academic Fees above.
- An additional refundable hostel security of INR 10,000 is applicable for students opting for hostel accommodation.
- Hostel is not mandatory. The hostel fee mentioned (INR 1,83,000/year) is for triple-sharing with a common washroom at Bidholi Campus (Boys and Girls). Other options are available at higher costs.
- Fee payment for Semester 1 is due at the time of admission; Semester 2 fee is due by January 2, 2027.
- Application fee of INR 1,750 is payable at the time of applying (not included in the above table).
- Fees are subject to revision each academic year. Levies and taxes, if any, imposed by government authorities shall be borne by the student.
- EMI/loan facilities are available through partner banks including Axis Bank and others.
