Jigyasa University B.Pharm Lateral Admission 2026
Admissions to the B.Pharm Lateral Entry programme at Jigyasa University are open for the 2026-27 session. The process is merit-based on D.Pharm marks, with no mandatory entrance exam. Applications can be submitted online through the university's admission portal. The university follows a first-come, first-served policy given limited seat availability, and the admission process is completed in five steps: registration, fee payment, document submission, selection process, and final fee payment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) from a PCI-approved institution
- Minimum aggregate of 45% marks in D.Pharm for General category candidates
- Minimum aggregate of 40% marks for SC/ST candidates
- The D.Pharm institution must be approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
Admission Process
- Step 1: Fill the online registration form at apply.jigyasauniversity.com or visit the Admission Department in person
- Step 2: Pay the application/registration fee of Rs. 1,000
- Step 3: Submit required documents and undergo the selection process (merit-based on D.Pharm marks)
- Step 4: Pay the programme fee upon fulfilment of eligibility criteria
- Step 5: Receive admission confirmation from the university finance department
Mandatory Documents: Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates, D.Pharm marksheets and degree/provisional certificate, valid address proof, character certificate, 6 passport-size photographs, migration certificate, Aadhaar card, and transfer certificate.
Note: There is no mandatory national entrance exam for B.Pharm Lateral Entry. Admission is based on merit in D.Pharm. Some states conduct state-level pharmacy lateral entry entrance tests, but Jigyasa University, being a private university in Uttarakhand, admits students directly based on D.Pharm merit.
