Aside from the course fee, candidates must pay other fees such as the Application Fee, Registration Fee, and Caution Money in order to enroll successfully.

Jigyasa University has announced the fee structure for its different undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs for the academic year 2025. The total yearly fee for the University's B.Com (Hons.), MBA, and Ph.D. (CSE/SBS/JMC) programs is INR 80,000, 170000, and INR 1,00,000, respectively. Other fee details are provided below.
