CSJMU MBBS Course Highlights

The MBBS is a full-time course available only in offline mode.
The duration of the MBBS course is 5 years.
MBBS admission is based on the valid score in NEET UG followed by university based counselling.
Upon successful completion of the course followed by an internship, students will be awarded a degree of MBBS.
For an MBBS degree the candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with 50% from any recognized board.

Interested candidates need to satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the MBBS course at CSJM University:

Candidates must have passed the Secondary Examination in any recognized University of Indian University / Board of Science or other recognized examination institutes with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, which will include practical examination in these subjects.
Candidates must appear for the NEET examination.
The candidate must secure 50th (40th percentile for SC, ST & OBC candidates) percentile in NEET.

Fees and Financial Aid:

MBBS is a course of 5.5 years duration. Fees for the first year is 40000 for OBC candidates and 50000 for Gen candidate. From second year onwards annual fees is 36000 and 40000 for OBC and Gen, respectively. This includes all the expenses including Tution fees, registration fees, Library fees, etc. There are no hidden fees. For hostel, in the first year, they provide 3 seater AC/Blower equipped hostels, for which charges are 24000/person/year. From second year onwards you are shifted to single seater rooms (non AC) with hostel fees of 5000/year. Regarding scholarship, college doesn't provide any such facilities. One can avail the State government scholarship for sure, the process is carried out via college itself.

Sometimes syllabus is not fully covered so this is only in our hand to complete it.

Fees and Financial Aid:

In first year for MBBS course tution fees is 36000 per year for general category and 27000 for reserved categories. In first year hostel fees is 3600 per year. And mess fees is 3000 per month, in which breakfast, lunch, dinner, evening snacks are included . Hostel and mess fees is same for all categories. If we talk about lab fees then in first year lab expenses are approximately 10000 including log books and other accessories of all the three subjects. Except it now books expense is according to your choice, otherwise you can borrow from your seniors. In second year tution fee including hostel fees is 27600 for general categories and 18000 for reserved categories. Mess is same for all that is 3000 per month. In our college there is up scholarship that is category wise and according to tution fee for example - in first year 37500 scholarship amount is for general category and 28500 for other reserved categories. In second year till now there is no any scholarship.
