AMU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students of the final year are eligible for campus placements. Well known companies visit our campus for placement purposes like Wipro, Amazon, Havells, etc. All the placement opportunities are provided by TPO of AMU to the students. Around 70% students get placements from the campus every year. My plan after pursuing bsc is to get admission in MSC and then PhD as I want to become a Professor.

Chemistry is a cool subject, It opens up a variety of career opportunities. Graduates can find employment in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, environmental science, food and beverages and so on. Huge scope in scientific researches or developing new drugs or textiles making dyes etc. Faculty consists of 2 teachers for each subject , so around 8 teachers for 4 subjects Organic, Inorganic, Physical and Analytical chem. students are 60 per section Highly Qualified teachers many of them are from renowned IITs and also many are from AMU itself all are PhD scholars as well term exams are simple no need to worry they usually take 1 or 2 units and there are only 4 units per semester, so not a big deal you can study 1 night before exam and still score great marks

Placement of college is not as good as expected but although it has many placement with average package of 5lacs per anum. Companies visit to college to offer employment. There is not such fix percentage of getting placements from college every yaer

The faculty and staff , teachers are well and good , my course bsc in statistics is very good and have a huge scope in field of data science and technology that's why I chose this course, all faculties are well educated like phds and Mfill is minimum shows in all of them.

Faculty members are too good at chemistry department. They are supportive and do not have any kind of issues when questions asked even they take keen interest in teaching. Faculty is well qualified for the course.. even much more qualified than required Qualifications of the faculty members can be found on the department's portal.

I chose this course beacuse if my interest in chemistry.. Faculty ratio is absolutely amazing with more than adequate teachers in our department aiming at improving students learning and coordination among them. All the teachers are from highly reputed central universities like IIT and other institutions. Teaching methods include instructions by the teachers in PowerPoint projector. There are two terms sessionals and one final examination taken by the teachers. And it was moderate to pass the exams.

ALIGARH MUSLIM University provides placement for students of all classes starting from bachelors to PhD . It's average package is about 300000 per year. Many companies from foreign also visited there.

Exams are not too difficult for a student to pass. The teaching method here is quit good as the Professors and the Assistant Professors who hold the Phd. degree and they help the students and make them understand the topic clearly an they finely go through the whole syllabus.

I choose BSc.in mathematics.I am interested in mathematics from childhood and pcm in 11th and 12th class. The faculty of Aligarh Muslim University is very good, teachers help in solving the problem and equation.All the faculty is P.hd and the exam are easy to pass if you study.

Physics honours is a course to be mastered to have a better hand on research works on the field of science. AMU physics faculty is one among the renowned faculties of the world with top class proffessors and facilities.
