Course Curriculum Overview:
Law is a professional course..it is a main aspect for me to choose law..since I'm a student from arts background I can't go to other professional courses like MBBS BE etc
External exams are conducted for every 6 months and there is also internal and viva voce for students
Court visits from college helps us to gain more practical knowledge and to understand the procedures of court
At the end semester, of the course, Students are eligible for campus placements.
23% of students are only getting a place since it is a law course, and most of them opt for litigation.
I'm planning to get into litigation in a reputed law firm or with a reputed senior counsel.
Admission process is not very hard. It is completely on the basis of merit obtained in the 12th standard. You need to score above 70% to be considered for admission if open, and 60% if you have reservations, not including languages. The application form is attached in the prospectus.
After completing my graduation I applied to the college through their official website where the application form was available. I submitted the required documents and was called upon the campus for the interview round and the English proficiency test. My counselling was conducted and I cleared it then got registered for the LLB course.
I had an aggregate mark of 75 percent in BA English when I applied to the university. I applied and was given admission after they looked over my certificates. I was then given admission and asked to submit documents for verification.
Students will be selected based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and Law entrance test. In case of tie i.e two candidates having equal marks, the elder one will get preference for admission. Seat once alloted will not be changed under any situation.
