Great Law College

The college curricula is made especially to train the students of the college to develop an aptitude in Lawyering skills, judicial instincts, have an expertise in special laws. There is ample focus on research and the college provides all necessary tools to be a good lawyer.

The college has several tie-ups with very big name law firms and such. Many corporate firms turn to the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University for talent, and they have ties and MOU's with both law firms and corporates.

The total fee per annum is Rs. 87,135. The tuition fees is is INR 42,000 for the merit candidates, and there is a one time fee of Rs. 10,000 for University Development and Admission, and a refundable library deposit of Rs. 3000.

There are several sports activities that the students are encouraged to participate in, and events like annual Sports Meet for the School of Excellence in Law and for all the Affiliated Law Colleges. Competitions such as Inter Law Collegiate Athletic Meet, Intra ?ural Sports Meet, Sports Meet are often carried out and students are encouraged to Participate Sporting events at the International, National and State Levels.

Admission process is not very hard. It is completely on the basis of merit obtained in the 12th standard. You need to score above 70% to be considered for admission if open, and 60% if you have reservations, not including languages. The application form is attached in the prospectus.

The faculty has invaluable experience in the field of law and they are always offering us opportunities to excel in the field of law. Most professors have PhD's or are working towards it, and they are always willing to help us in many ways.
