SRM University Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The overall college experience is very awesome and I am developing my self day by day. First while entering the college i felt very insecure because here most of the students will be from north india and they have different cultures but later on i made many friends and I am now very happy to learn here. The only bad remark here is that the students missuse the freedom provided by the college. Many students get addicted to drugs, smoking and drinking habits which lead to spioling of the students life and dreams.

I don't have much knowledge about the ongoing campus placements but we were informed during the orientation that the highest package last year was 16.9lakhs and the major companies also include google Microsoft and Amazon.

Placement scenarios are good only for the departments such as CS, IT, ECE. Rest all the departments are just served for their four years of rigorous studies either by recruiting them in IT industries as is the case all over India in many private colleges or you may opt for further studies by getting LOR from ur concerning faculty or department.

SRM is one of the best college in infrastructures among Indian colleges and all the class rooms are equipped with air-conditioners. this is a very good college to experience engineering life.for myself i enjoyed and learned so many thing s from the college.college is awesome and has a good environment .

Located in outskirts of Chennai (40 km from city). Great neighborhood environment of village with all kind of facilities. Close to airport.

The life we live here does help us develop our personality. The only issue one can have here is the language problem if the person is coming from North. Overall the college is very good and has kept on raising the bar. One more good thing about the University is that you can actually find democracy here. People from all cast and religion respect eachother equally.

i am having a good time here. the college infrastructure is amazing. we have many activities going on here. i look forward to make more memories here.

Located in outskirts of Chennai, university provides good facilities for the students, faculties are really co-operative, hospitality and atmosphere is inspiring, good place to spend your college days.

on the whole i like my college and im lucky to be a part of it. it will be difficult for me to leave the college and i have made many memories here.
