- The college is well structured and have so many labs like VR lab , Simulator lab , swimming pool , Ship in campus etc
- The Facility and the instructors teaches very well and encourage us to complete the syllabus
- The college is in a very good area with no pollution or any other disturbance for studies
Dislikes
- The college is very good there not any thing bad about it
- The weather conditions in chennai are little hot which will be difficult for students in summer
- In rainy season there will be more cyclones and rains then usually
Placement Experience:
The placement of this college is very good , there so many companies that comes to our college the give sponsorship to the students from 3 semester the students from bsc are eligible and for GME , ETO From the 1 semester they are eligible.

- The best part of this institute is the discipline and punctuality
- Good instrument and equipment for training purposes
- The accomodation is very clean and beautiful
Dislikes
- I have nothing to say about bad things because everything is good in this college
- Bad weather is most concern but also Greenery and beaches is good for vibe
- Humidity is too much something in a season
Placement Experience:
In second semester you will surely get placed and there are many companies which comes for the placement like Maersk, Mediterranean shipping company, Wallem, MOL, Synergy, Tom tankers and many companies visit here and take students

- I like the overall campus I was a great experience
- Faculty is also good with good nature and knowledge
- Infrastructure is also amazing you get everything you want
Dislikes
- The wardens are strict more to us the other students
- Sometimes the food is not well prepared as expected
- Campus is too big so we to go far away for the things

After the final semester students are eligible to get the placement after some months
Anglo eastern,great eastern and more but I made in this college ESM

- I liked the management system of IMI [international maritime institute] greater noida . And the faculty here is very good .
- I like the cleanliness maintained by the house keeping staff . which is the main thing every cadet look forward , when they wanted to live in the hostel for one year duration .
- here in IMI you can find the faculty very friendly and teaching is very nice . there is no doubt at all . techers are highly qualified here .
Dislikes
- there is nothing like i dont like everything is okay in this institution .so you can easily join this instituion for DNS.
- Here we have great many placement opportunities for cadets .

For DNS youll be getting sponsorship before getting into college admission . so there is no need to fear about college placements. and IMI has various types of MNC companies tied up with the college. after the completing one year course youll be out at sea for 18 months contract as a trainee cadet .

- everything here is good and well maintained especially the environment , this is hill station you can even enjoy most unrealistic view , discipline is also maintained with no ragging at all , because of you are bound by legal form about anti ragging
- canteen food and especially breakfast and gym area
- faculty is highly skilled here having experience as captain

- time schedule and playground area and some language barrier is here
- campus is not that big which seems little boring
Placement Experience:
after completing this last semseter you will be send directly to ship for further training , executive ship management will assign you ship based on your rank ,100% students get placement it all depends on waiting period of getting ship , after getting degree apply for 2nd mate college and get license to sail as an officer

- I liked that it offers alot of sports to take part in.
- I liked that there was proper hygiene in hostel washrooms and proper 3 meal course were given.
- I liked that the college hosts various number of events and those are another level.
Dislikes
- I disliked the strictness towards the rules but it was necessary for the profession.
- There is rare leniency to expected in this college.
- Attendance has strict rules, even that below 75% attendance you will not be permitted to give exams.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is to the point. Everything taught is super related to the life at sea. And the college proviedes you with simulators worth lakhs and they help alot. Have a real ship inside campus and various outside courses are there to learn from.

Course Curriculum Overview:
interest in merchant navy made me join this college.
and one can become a good Mariner if passed from this college.
one thing they can improve is practical teaching cause most of the time the simulator wasn't working.

- Fest were celebrated by our college. Faculties were very helpful for me at the time of examination
- Sport supporr so very much, as for me they teach me how to be a professional badminton player
- Air conditioner classes and library were provided in the campus. Material was useful for our education
Dislikes
- Hostel food and mess cleanliness was poor in my opinion.
- As compare to girl, placement opportunities for boys was poor.
- I wish to provide more outpass on week days and to order food on weekdays.
Placement Experience:
So many placement companies are coming to our college. Companies like Synergy, Anglo-eastern, Andromeda, Fleet Management, New shipping kaisha, stena, shell, chevaron, TCI seaways, MSC, MSI, Maersk etc. Package they offered was based on they profile and ship. Around 20000-45000 were offered from every company. Above 50% of student gets placement.

- Second is the institute is well disciplined and trained you as per expectation of sponsered companies.
- Simulator training ARI Simulator are best in india.
Dislikes
- Of course fees is little high than government colleges
- There are Dorm arrangement rather than rooms.
- Nearby Locity where the college is in chattarpur.
Course Curriculum Overview:
See ARI is affiliated International Maritime university. So all the courses and its contents of teaching are up-to-date.
ARI make sure that a quality content is being teached and provided to the students.

- Hostel mess home like food never disappoints
- Canteen is aslo good you can buy any time
Dislikes
- Hostels bathroom locks on 1st floor bathrooms are not working rest all is good clean bathrooms and toilets
- Aslo the ac pipes have leaks you'll have to complaint again and again to fix
Course Curriculum Overview:
As this course is of 1 yr duration ( only 8-9 months if you excluded holidays and events ) and cheaper i decided to choose this course . Faculty is very good they focus on our over all development and their main motive is to make an officer out of us . Exams are not difficult if you study every day
