Manipal University Jaipur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The curriculum provides me specific courses for what I need to pursue and what will help me with my future job applications. We're given practical knowledge through regular lab sessions, and regular evaluation. I think that they need to remove the element of rote learning. The exams are very frequent, as we get done with midsems, we have lab midsems, and the lab endsems and then endsem exams, which are one after the another.

From 3rd the student can appear for placements and perfrom in internships. The placements for my branch on campus is pretty less, i wont lie because most of the companies come up looking for a software developer which they usually hire from CSE/CCE rather than DSE. But its not a problem as the market these days has a huge demand of Data Scientiest so scoring a placement/intenrship off campus is what i'd prefer as you'll also get a better package outside than from on campus placement. The percent of students getting on campus placement from my branch is pretty low being around 10% per year but everyone gets an off campus placement for sure. I am quite uncertain about my exact plans after the degree but i am hoping to get a work experience of an year or 2 and def go for masters abroad.

My college while not being at the level of a high functioning government colleges still offers you a decent and exciting placement opportunities. The pay is substantially higher than compared to many private colleges in its league and even if student fails to get placement ( which has a low probability of this happening as 93% of students get placed) the curriculum ensures that if the student has tissues properly there is a lot of real world knowledge attached to him and therefore he can get a decent job off campus also

The curriculum of the course is very comprehensive and offers indepth knowledge of each and every topic . Each topic is taught using slideshows and using real life examples .the case studies and methodology followed is very much aligned to my career goals.The course could have been more difficult. The exam difficulty level is moderate. And we have two exams one mid term of 30 marks and one end term of 80 marks

The campus placement of the college is good the highest package last year was 43 lakhs offered by Amazon . If your skills are good and are in demand in the market then you can get a good package . The other companies are Microsoft , Accenture,Cisco and many more

The placements are not that good approximately 60-70% of students are placed at an avg package of 7-8 lpa CTC. But if you want to pursue a masters later this is the ideal college to come to. We have both tech and non tech companies

The placements are very decent in our college with an average package of 9LPA and for the top few students in our branch the branch of Mechanical Engineering have gotten up to 15 LPA which is a decent compare to few colleges

Placements are average and amidst the recession period placements were not good even in IITs. I was able to secure placement through my college. If one is determined and willing to study he/she can easily grab placement offers. Top companies like Cisco, Dell, Accenture, TCS, Schneider also came.

During the 6th semester, summer internships are available and students are given opportunities since then. All companies including Dell, Microsoft, Amazon (35 offers), Google, NVIDIA visit the college but the offers are less than 10 each. 70+ renounced comanies visit the college for placements, 97% students get placed But only 20% placements are above 15lpa

From the 7th semester onwards people can be eligible for campus placements, and the drive starts at around the same time as the year starts. A lot of companies visit MUJ, including Deloitte, BlackRock and Dell. The highest placement so far has been 80LPA. The average is decent at around 10LPA. A good amount of students get placed in different companies, while some try outside the campus. My plans after getting the degree are to start and scale my own startup.
