Under TMA Pai Engineering Scholarships scheme, two scholarships in each engineering stream is granted to the top 5000 rank in the Manipal Entrance Test (MET).<\/li>\r\n\t

Fees and Financial Aid:

my college tution fees is 410000 per year and i am paying 410000 this is the tution fes of me and the admission fees is 1000 and the firt time registration fees is 15000 and security fees or one time fees is 10000 so total fees of my college is 436000 per year which include all development fees lab fees and other compulsory charges . the fees of my batchmates is also same as mine there is no reduced tution fees on the basic of sc/st. there are many scholrships or financial aid are many in my college like manipal merit scholarship and merit cum need scholarship and government scholarship (via nsp) applicable students can apply through the national scholarships portal like sc/st scholarship ,minority merit-cum -means scholarship,central sector scholarship.these scholarship do not reduce muj fees upfront but are credited to the student later. total course fees is aroud 16.1 lakh (acedmic only) .there is no categery-based fees difference. fees increase per year (for new batch only not mid course).

No extra hidden charges included into the this fee sturcture only 1000 rupees is enrollment fees extra and And 10000 rupees is registration fees and 15000 rupees is caution deposit. this is the one time paible amount that will be refundable after completing the course and after that no extra charges for labs development or other . fees structure for my batchmates are equally same for all students and for all categories are same TMa pai schollarship is available in m college to get this schollarship students parents income should below 8 lac per year and this is for topper in met or within 5000 rank in MET. get 100 %percent schoolarship first topper and 50% to second topper to continue to get schollarship maintain 8 cgpa

The year wise fees is around Rs. 400000 for computer science branch and if you have good score in jee mains like percentile above 95 you can get admission here , tution fee waiver scheme by all india council for technical education (AICTE).

I have a few friends from Manipal University, so I can give you some information regarding this. The scholarships that you can avail of at Manipal University are as follows.

Freeship Scholarship:

Advantage: In a Freeship scholarship you don’t have to pay a tuition fee. It does not include hostel fees.
How to Get: Freeship scholarship is awarded to students who ranked under 1000 in MU-OET. It also depends on the family income too. But you are required to maintain 8 CGPA for the whole 4 years during your course to be eligible.

AICTE Scholarship:

Advantage: Tuition will get reduced. You do not need to maintain CGPA to be eligible for the scholarship.
How to Get: Students who get a decent rank in MU-OET are awarded an AICTE scholarship. It also depends on the student’s family income. Different family income group get a different discount on their tuition fee.

But if you change your branch in the first year, you will have to forgo the scholarship and pay the full fee from the second year.

There are also other scholarships, check the official website to know more about them.

Therefore, if you are thinking of joining Manipal university then go for it and don’t worry much about tuition fee. There are several scholarships given by Manipal university to students.

After completing his higher secondary exams, my friend got into the Department of Commerce at Manipal University. He appeared for the ENAT entrance exam and he secured a national rank of 05.

When he got the letter of admission, the amount he was requested to pay was a lot lower than what was mentioned in the prospectus of the university. Every year, his fees were significantly lower than the normal fee.

He asked the head of the department if he had been granted a scholarship. It was only after he asked the finance department of the university did he come to know that he was granted a scholarship of merit. He was awarded this scholarship probably because his rank was between the 1st and 4th positions. A good rank in the entrance exams will make you eligible for scholarships.
