Manipal University Jaipur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am currently persuing CSE(AI/ML) and I am a fresher here.The syllabus is same for all BTECH courses for first year and is devides in two cycles -physics cycle & chem cycle in sem 1&2 .Physics cycle has subjects like phy ,maths,bio for engineers etc whereas in chem cycle we have ,chem ,maths,electrical etc.

The placements of the college are decent and around avg 10LPA for first three branches. The branches that usually perform well in terms of placements are CS core, IT, CCE and other CS related branches. With the decrease in branch in BTech, the placements also decrease. The college sees as low as 4LPA and also as high as 1CRPA. Companies visiting include IBM, Microsoft etc Percentage of students getting placed is usually between 90-95%. After getting the degree I plan to work independently as a freelancer.

The placement rate of MUJ is not so great. That's why most people start to seek jobs by themselves.Students can opt for placements after 3rd year. Companies like Intel, Dell and TCS come to the campus to offer packages to the students. Last year's highest package was around 8500000 offered by amazon.Before that it was 1cr package by Intel. Average package of campus placement goes to around 800000. To secure a high package, it is recommended for the students to have a cgpa above 8.5.

Before entering the college , everyone checks the placements , well the avg placement, when I entered the college I.e in 2023 was 9Lpa . Now , it's 2025 , it 6 or 7 LPa . Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester. The companies that visit are google , micro soft , dell , vipro , tcs etc . Only selected students with high gpa are allowed to sit in the interview with companies like google , micro soft whereas tcs grab a lot of students in bulk . The highest offer given by google is 24 or 30 lpa which is given to 2 or 3 brilliant students . Average package is 6 or 7 Lpa . Out of 100% only 30-45% of students are placed well others look for off campus placement . Even I my going to persue masters after my degree .

my college provides placement many companies come every year which are obv based on the student background and profile which includes overall cgpa, linkedin profile, if one wants good placements from college itself then he/she needs to maintain good college profile including good relations with professors.highest btech scene is 85lpa and average is 9lpa. many companies visit every year including microsoft,google, amazon, accentureetc with enormous offers

Students become eligible to sit in the campus placements in 4th year but a as for internships, they can start from 2nd year onwards . For the batch of 2023 , more than 1479 offers were made from companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, American Express, Goldman Sachs and many more. The average package was of 12 LPA for engineering students. Top 36% offers had an average of 30 LPA. 96% of engineering students were placed. I plan on getting selected into a FAANG company after my degree.

College has average package of around 10 LPA which I believe is good enough for a starting package. Companies visited as Vipro , infosys etc etc . You are offered jobs if you have knowledge and skills required. It happens at end of 6th sem ie the 3rd year mostly. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue masters either in biotech itself or MBA i m unsure as of now

We have labs also for example :- for engineering physics where we get to perform experiments then we have our iot labs where they teach us various concept. University also have 3-D printers and more is left fir me to dive into it. Assignment and quizes are online while mte is of 1.5 hrs and ete is of 3 hrs.

Can't say such about placements as I'm a student of 1st year.. Still i have seen people working hard and getting 20lpa and some people doing nothing and getting nothing... so yeah everything depends on you.. if you work hard you'll surely get nice placement.

Manipal is a very bug brand in terms of private colleges firstly you will get package through college if you won't then there are lot's of companies you can offer on the time of graduation lot's of vacancies apply your CV their you will definitely get.
