VSSUT B.Tech Mechanical Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

I am a student in vssut,burla.the fees structure of the university is quite affordable compared to many other engineering colleges in odisha.the fees varies slightly depending on the catagory (regular or self financing ) and whether the student is hostel resident or day scholar. For regular boarder,the semester fees is around 17000-18000,while regular day scholars,it's about 11000-12000 per semester.for self financing students the fees is higher around 38000 for boarders and 32000 for day scholar per semester .A one time refundable caution deposit is around 2000-3000 is also paid during the admission . The hostel and mess fees is around 45000 per year ,covering accommodation,food and basic maintenance.on average regular hostel student spend around 80000-90000 per year.the cost for completing 4 year btech is around 3-3.5 lakh for regular student and around 6-6.5 lakh for self financing student Various scholarships like medhabruti,prerana,merit cum means and other nation scholarships portal are available for students based on merit

Tution fee :- 30000 Hostel & mess/ canteen fee :- 48000 Other fees :- 2000 Total :- 80000, per year ( 2 semesters ) For Self financing cources overall fees will be around 110000 per year ( 2 semesters) .

Year wise payment is 89000rs. Tuition fees - 40000rs Registration fees -1000 rs for ojee Admission fees - 10000rs For TFW seats tuition fees - 30000rs Scholarship are available in our college. State portal scholarship - 20000rs Kishan scholarship, national scholarship.

i have paid 89000 during the admission process through online to the college website.now i am second year so i am paying 38000 per semester that is include hostel and college study fees.i am non tfw student so i am paying full payment to the university but who are admitted in tfw system they paying less then 6000/- of 89000/- that is 83000/-.There are so many scholarship available like state government post matric scholarship,kalia yojona and some another private scholarship but i have applied post matric scholarship.this scholarship giving me 20000.

VSSUT Collage Fee for BTech:- As the year wise fee in first year i paid 89000. It include both collage and hostel fees means as our hostel fee we paid 48000 and collage fee is 41000 but, need not pay for 41000 that is to pay 36000 because during the ojee counsellinng i have paid 5000 as i am . So all total adding collage and hostel there is 89000 is paid during the first year.And then after the first year in the 2nd,3rd,4th year there is fee will pay in the semester wise.Every semester 38000 is paid for both hostel and collage fees.So during the 2nd,3rd and 4th year the fee will decrease to 76000 that is less than the admission year means it less then the second year. Scholarship:- -for normally there is odisha state scholarship available for all students who have parents income is less than 2Lakh per year. -Then also another scholarship name kalia yojona scholarship also student can apply where student can get paid of 50000 as scholarship money. -MMCPY Scholarship for ST and SC students available where every st and sc student can get all amount of collage fee as refund means all amount of money they invested will return to the student with if the student buy books or laptop for study purpose then also paid for these invested money by this scholarship MMCPY. -there are another private sholarship also students apply like jsw scholarship, scholarship by vssut alumni by which student can get help for collage admission fee if the student is very poor and can not pay the fees.

Yearly course fees is 41050 thousand rupees There are many scholarships options available such as medbhruti chatra, post matric scholarships, jsw scholarship and ongc scholarship as well as tuition fee waiver for merit scholars

Very nice university Placement is awesome Infrastructure is great Fest are very nice And hostel facility is top level There are many clubs like aerotech , robotics, souls , vibranze , emotica , pixel and many more clubs which involves many cultural activities .

Year wise fees I paid is 89000 from which I gave 10000 through ojee counseling and 79000 to college. From 79000 the hostel charges are 48000 and the academic charges is 31000. Development fees is about 5000 one time charge and lab charges is 4800 and library charges are about 2000 and internet connection charges are 2000 one time investment. Scholarships are many but I have applied for post matric scholarship and got 20000 in 1st year.

For first year the college fees is around 41000, and hostel fees is 48000. And u can apply for many scholarships like post matric, e medhabruti etc. For 1st year u have to pay college and hostel fees all together, but after 1st year, i.e 2nd year onwards u will be paying semester wise.

So we have to pay amount of 44,000 for two semesters and there is fess for re addmission also we have to pay 38000 for hostel fees . And we have others course such as ssc And tfw both are stands for self sustaining course and tuition fee waiver respectively for tfw they pay less 12000 from us and ssc they pay extra 34000 than us . And they provide 3types of scholarship ranging from 10000-45000
