Admissions to the Ph.D. (Law) programme at NMIMS KPMSOL for the 2026 batch are conducted in two phases. Ans. No, the Ph.D. (Law) programme at NMIMS KPMSOL is offered only as a full-time programme at the Mumbai campus. There is no part-time or distance learning option for this course.

Ques. If I have cleared UGC-NET, do I still need to appear for the NMIMS entrance test?

Ans. Candidates with a valid UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET, SLET, GATE, or equivalent qualification are exempted from the NMIMS written entrance test. However, they must mandatorily appear for the Personal Interview at the Mumbai campus.
