NMIMS Ph.D. Chemistry Fees
The Ph.D. in Chemistry (Part Time) at NMIMS has a gross annual fee of Rs. 2,50,000. An assured scholarship of Rs. 2,00,000 per annum is provided to all enrolled students, bringing the effective annual fee down to Rs. 50,000. Over the minimum programme duration of 3 years, the total gross fees amount to Rs. 7,50,000, while the net payable after scholarship is Rs. 1,50,000. Part-time students are not eligible for UGC fellowships (JRF/SRF), which are available only to full-time students.

- The scholarship of Rs. 2,00,000 per annum is assured and provided for up to 5 years or completion of the PhD programme, whichever is earlier.
- Scholarship is not available if the student re-registers or takes readmission for the PhD programme.
- Refund rules are as per UGC notification; details are shared at the time of admission.
- Registration fee of Rs. 2,500 + GST is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- UGC fellowships (JRF/SRF) are applicable only to full-time PhD students.
