Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirement :
- English as compulsory subject with science or vocational science, minimum 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Vocational subject for all campuses
- Candidates passing Diploma Engineering with Minimum 45% is eligible to apply.
- A candidate who has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate or DP or CP awarded candidates with 24 credits compulsory and has passed 3 subjects at Higher Level (HL) and 3 subjects at Standard Level (SL) mandatorily from any stream.
- Candidates of CBSE / ICSE, should mention in the online registration / e-admission form (if selected) for 10+2 or equivalent examination, the aggregate marks of all the subjects the candidate has taken / opted and appeared for (not best of four, five, six or seven).The candidate shall have passed all the subjects he / she has taken / opted and appeared in the applicable examination/s in a single attempt.The aggregate percentage of all subjects the candidate has taken / opted and appeared will be taken into consideration for confirming eligibility of the candidate for the program at the time of admission.

- Good infrustructure with every thing u can imagine of like a good and big library and many sports common rooms
- Good professors who are cooperative in many aspects and almost 1:1 girls to boys ratio
Dislikes
- Attendance criteria is very high with 80% cirteria and 70% with medical
- They give so much assignments that it is very difficult to enjoy and live many times

212000 for first year , 202000 for second year, And 232000 for third and fourth year , No scholarships are provided to anyone and no extra charges to that and security fees is included in it. Fees is same for all student of any category

- I like the campus and the professors of the college are great and helpful.
Fees and Financial Aid:
This is a 6years program and the fees of every year increases by 15%. The first year fees was 2,15,000 and the second year fees was 2,75,000 and third year is 3,15,000 and fourth year will be 3,75,000 fith year will be 4,15,000 and sixth year will be 4,75,000.

- Good facilities, really teaches student and give individual attention in class too
- Good infrastructure , as it was just built in 2021, the infrastructure is top notch and no complaints about it.
Dislikes
- 80% strict attendance criteria other they would not allow to sit in exam
- Passing criteria is 40% and grading system is also bery difficult, two D grade is 1 F and more than 2F could lead to year repeat year, not even semster
Fees and Financial Aid:
I am currently paying 2,50,000 inr per year and appox 11 lacs for whole 4 year degree. Registerion fees was 10,000inr and the admission form to apply online is 2000inr. There is no reservations nor any other qouta or anything. The selection is purely based on merit basis.
Likes
- The environment of the college is very nice. The college authorities take the conductance of class very seriously and they reschedule classes if the teacher is not present in the moment.
- The college has a very captivating infrastructure.
Dislikes
- The timings of the college is from 9 to 4 which is very exhausting.
- If you have to work for an event or a project which is academically beneficial, the teachers don't give attendance.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees for B.Tech Ce 1st year is Rs. 202000, for 2nd year it is Rs.192000, for 3rd year it is Rs. 222000 and for fourth year it is Rs. 230000 and the bus fees is Rs. 36000 per year. The fees for B.Tech AI/DS first year is Rs. 212000, for second year is Rs. 192000, for third year is Rs. 222000 and for fourth yesr it is Rs. 230000
Likes
- The college gives immense exposure and keeps you in a constrained environment that might be stressful but benefits over long run. The best part is that the college always keeps us busy with some assignment or tasks that maximises our productivity.
- The infrastructure is just amazing. The facilities and the modern amenities they are just so fabulous . The labs are so modern and there are almost all kind of machines available that are needed for productive learning.
Dislikes
- The attendance criteria is of 80% and the college is very strict with the attendance criteria, there are instances of debarring students just for not full filling this criteria. Medical exemption is also of only 10-15%.
- The administrative system is completely centralised, so for even a small issue or chaos, it takes a lot of time to resolve the issue as all the campuses work collaboratively and in accordance to Mumbai campus.
Fees and Financial Aid:
I was supposed to pay ?202000 for the first year where ?10000 was suppose to be a security deposit which will be refunded after 4 years and remaining as the fee for 1st and 2nd sem, second year i was supposed to pay ?192000 as the fee for 3rd and 4th sem, and for the 3rd year and 4th year i need to pay ?222000 as for next 4 left sems. One might get exposure to various kind of hackathons, tech fests and events and if selected and needed to travel anywhere, the college sponsors it promptly. Mostly the college reimburses the amount after the event is completed. For third year i can divide the the amount for different slabs like: Development Fees : ?30000 Other Fees: ?62000 Tution Fee: ?130000 Also there is a option to opt bus facility as the campus is located 8-10 km from city centre, the bus fee is ?36000 for 12 months and there is no provision for part payment and is same for everyone irrespective of distance travelled.
Likes
- The girl to boy ratio is sonewhat less. But it depends upon your stream. The college has great options for extracurricular activities.
- The college has great infrastructure. The canteen is amazing and affordable. The classrooms are also neat and clean, the labs are upto date with the latest technologies.
Dislikes
- The college fees is too high compared to other colleges. Though its a private college, its high.
- The college timings can sometimes get to you. Its basically office hour timings for some years, so travelling becomes hecktic if you stay far away.
Fees and Financial Aid:
I paid 300000 for my first year. I paid 350000 for my second year. I paid 370000 for my (current) third year. I will pay 370000 for my fourth year. I had taken a year drop in my first year and so i had two options wheather to take a year drop or take readmission. Readmission basically meams repeating the whole first year and the fees for that would have been around some 90000. And year drop means one year at home and study for the exams you have failed in. Then after one year guve your exams, the fees for the exams would be 1000 per subject. During that one year at home, i did some online courses to utilize my time and improve my portfolio.

- It is a riverside campus and is really beautiful.
- The faculties here are really supportive and knowledgeable.
Dislikes
- The Seniority culture. We have to call the senior by sir here and they are very rude.
- There are too many rules and regulations to follow like I can't roam around the campus after 10:30, I have to take permissions from faculties, warden etc to leave the campus. I have to wear uniform in college wich I absolutely hate.
Fees and Financial Aid:
I have to pay yearly 5 lakh rupees and it is not increasing. I have to pay 5 lakhs together before each year starts as there is not any installment system. Out of the 5 lakh, 1 lakh and 80 thousand is hostel fees and the remaining is college fees.

- Campus infrastructure that gives a wholesome college life experience
- Faculties that help us alot in each and everything
Dislikes
- The ongoing construction outside and inside college(sometimes) which causes a lot of dust and irritation

The fees are to be paid per year and all at once which according to most of us is the part that hudles. I'm not aware about the name and amounts of scholorships or financial aid which are available for students.

- Classes are designed so perfectly to interact with teachers`
- Computer labs are spacious and the computers are of high specification
Dislikes
- I don't like the staff members as they are telugu and they don't understand
- The city is far away from our college for going out on weekends

fees is different for courses. mba its 25 lakhs for 2 years whereas for btech its 17 lakhs for 4 years including hostel fees , pharma course is of 5 years so their fees is 20 lakhs as its integrated with mba

- Faculty in the campus is well educated and helpful
Dislikes
- Lack of outdoor activities i.e basketball, football, etc.
- Exams are quite tough and it is difficult to pass

Fees doesn't get a hike usually it's the same for 3-4 years and is affordable at this city when compared it to different private institutions.NMIMS also provides paid internships in the 3rd year and by the stipend can reduce the cost of study

Which college should I go SRM or NMIMS for CSE?
For CSE, SRM is the better option. The academics, campus life, and facilities offered are good. Major recruiting companies such as Amazon, Honda, Cognizant, etc. recruit through the campus drive. SRM placements in 2022 witnessed the highest CTC of INR 1 CPA. The institute offers decent exposure. The networking opportunities are ample. Here is an honest review of the SRM University
