Admission was based on entrance exam It was taken by college itself at different centre in India. And the selection was based on different marks category. Reservation category was also applicable. Selection of course was by preferencial. So I choose Mac Economics as a course for myself.
It is one of the top 10 colleges for Masters's in Economics in India. The course curriculum is very good. The city is very much pleasant and liveable. Hostel facilities and fees are very affordable. Placements are nice, teachers are friendly.
Best college for this course. Course is very expansive, faculty is great, hence Gokhale is the perfect fit for my financial future. Gokhale has students coming in from all walks of life, hence helps us to grow not just in classrooms but also outside them.
It is a very good research college, one of the top colleges to learn Economics with teachers with great experience. And being in Pune is very big advantage, since it is a great place to live. There four courses, it depends on your entrance marks which course you get. It has decent placements as well. It is very good for people who want to pursue in research work related to Economics.
I filled the form online and applied for this college. It's very easy to get into this college it also gives us leaves when required. Working students also study in our college also many other students who have a marriage issue. Mostly students there prefer to work and study
GIPE is one of the best and oldest institutions of india for economics. FE as a course is very much analytical and best out of the all courses that are offerred by institution. It has both economics as well as finance. It is a mathematical course that is why it us Msc not MA. After completing ECO(h). I wanted to pursue further masters in economics that is why i opted for it. I wrote exams for many esteemed institutions but fortunately i got GIPE. For admission in gipe, one has to write an entrance exam and based on that a merit list is prepared by the college. After decalration of the result they invite students to take admission in the course according to their preferences.
there is an entrance exam conducted for the admission. one can join coaching for the preparation. Mostly the syllabus consists of all the under graduation syllabus of economics honors of Delhi university. Min 6 months are required to prepare for the admission test.
Firstly they took preference for courses out of: M.Sc. Economics M.Sc Financial Economics M.Sc. International Business Economics and Finance M.Sc. Agricultural Business Followed by an entrance exam Then rankings came out. I got a rank - 138 and got my 1st preference- M.Sc. Financial Economics Then got a call for admission. Moved from Delhi to Pune.
