Course Curriculum Overview

One of the best curriculum in India for economics. The curriculum is basically need maths for overall the course as it's a research oriented. The institute provides very vast library for students which helps students. The library is one the oldest library in India.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 126000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship was compulsory in 2nd year. There were more than 5 6 companies I worked in fmi future markets insights for 2 months with a total stipend of 21k. The average stipend was around 8k. I worked under consumer and travel and tourism department at fmi. As research analyst and content writers.

Placement Experience

5th semester students eligible for campus placements. Sitting for Placement is not compulsory as many students wants to take masters. Students how have seated for placement have got placed. I planned for my masters

Fees and Financial Aid

The total tution fees range from to 3,00,000 to 4,00,000. It's bit expensive but it's worth to get a degree from the finest university like gipe. One of the main draw back is that the Institute hostel accommodation is very less and student's needs to find accommodation outside for bachelor mainly. Regarding scholarship I think it's not there .

Campus Life

There are lots of programs which will held in campus like cultural festivals, spirit week, food exhibition, business exhibition and many more The library is very vast as it's one of the oldest library. You can all books related to economics,management,finance and many more. You can also find books and journals of my independence. Also journals from world banks and more.

Admission

Admission is through entrance test in 2020 it was through gipe entrance but from 2024 it's through cuet entrance exam. Application dates you can check on gipe official website. Reservation are available like obc ncl SC,st

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is very helpful and friendly. For BSc there is 120 seat allocated in 2 different division which make easier for teachers and students. The university provides many clubs for making a good environment for education.

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 5th Sem students are eligible for placements and there are 2 companies visited to our college till now, named moglix and persistent systems, average package is nearly 250000 and highest package offered till now is 305000. Out of 100% students only a few students are selected for placements and are placed according to there skills and talent. The percentage would be like 15%. I plan to opt for off campus placements after my degree.

Reality of my college life

The admission was through an entrace exam,I don't know about the cutt off,I got in the 1st list itself. The eligibility was you secure more than 60% in 12th standard.The details about this exam is found in their website called GIPE.There are certain amount of seats reserved for different categories,but tuition is same cross the line.The entrace examination is conducted once a year,it is a medium range exam and the course exams are really tough.I wish the admission was online and more detailed information could me provided....Read More
