Course Curriculum Overview
Economics is very highly relevant to the field of finance in fact it is one of the most preferred fields, the curriculum is highly specialized in a way to make it accessible in the real world, maybe digging a bit more deeper into quantitative finance would be helpful, the timings of exams are feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
For the general students the fee for bachelors degree is about 200000 but for NRI students it is about 4,00,000, there is just 1 bachelors course and total admissions are 120 students for the course, I am not familiar with masters.
Campus Life
We do not have any annual fests per say but we do have a lot clubs specializing in different fields which is great, we have one of the oldest libraries in the country, unfortunately we have no infrastructure for sports, almost all the clubs in school are student run.
Admission
I didn't apply to any other college especially because I was lucky to get this one, my college is one of the most prestigious colleges in the entire country with regards to economics, students need to attempt CUET UG in order to be eligible for admission in Gokhale.
Faculty
We have a good no. Of faculty and all of them are great, I don't think it is appropriate to tell their names but I can assure you FY has the best selection of faculty members, we have 2 exams per semester, the course curriculum is highly relevant to the real world.
Night Life
There are not much things the students can do in terms of night life because our college is located in a college area where it is surrounded by other colleges, but there are hangout spots like IMDR near our campus for a quick snack.
