I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.

Dislikes

My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

BMS College of Engineering - Review

Likes

For 80000, mess food available is pretty good with non veg and veg options.
Hostel facilities are good as well with proper Wi-Fi network
Daily cleaning is done as well of the surroundings.

Dislikes

CIE conducted exams are mostly done twice a day, which is a bit difficult to handle and prepare for.

Placement Experience:

Companies such as Microsoft,wipro can be seen here for placements. Placement can be easily achieved in this college as it's placed in Bangalore, an it hub. A lot of opportunities is available here for on campus as well as off campus placement, especially for the engineering based fields.

Not worthy for it

Likes

Faculty is the best, there are digital classrooms
Library is the best part to get relax and have some peace.
Good watchman he will respect all students.

Dislikes

Washrooms is too bad it smell like public toilets.
There is no functions and no games tournaments.
There is no outdoor stadium to play games.

My life in my college

Likes

The faculty members are good and teaches well
The facilities provided by the college is good
Career guidance programs were held in middle of class

Dislikes

The lab was not started yet it's getting too late
The class room was verry congested there is no sufficient space to sit
Some subjects were not started yet,but the internal exam date is announced that is very bad thing

Girls to ratio is decent and better than almost every college in India , it almost 3:2
The campus is lush green and weather banglore enhances it
Teachers are very and cooperative, all of them teaches nicely.

Dislikes

The location is out of the main city which makes connectivity poor
The campus is very small , it is spread only in 22 acres

Placement Experience:

The placement s in our college is decent and the average package is 8.7 lpa which is considered very nice , it is struggling a little bit now because of recission. Intership opportunities are also good. The highest package goes upto 46 lpa and lowest is 3 lpa

Review Vs Reality

Definitely i will like the college environment
The faculties of this college are friendly
The college offers all the necessary facilities

Dislikes

The college doesn't have good transportation
There is no regular classes only two or three classes per day
The college doesn't have permanent faculties most are guest lectures

This is an one of the underrated government college which si situated in a remote area and college have worst management ever there is no placement cell in this college For placements students needs to go to nearby colleges

My exprience of 4 years of journey in ACS College of engineering as a student.

Likes

good support from academic requirements from the teachers
good infrastructure with proper cleaning services
good play ground and It have basketball court ,football group and saprate cricket ground

Dislikes

Bus stop is 800ms away from the college we have to walk a lot
bunking the class is vere casual no one will ask
no proper canteen , Xerox shop near to college

It also prepares for real-world applications or further academic pursuits, areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods is outdoors real time exprience to be provided.The frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective on their difficulty level is not too tough.

Likes

Campus greenery,surroundings & freedom .
Every department has its own building and it's big.
Not that strict related to timings and will allow if your 5-10mins late.

Dislikes

Parking lot for scooters is very messy and not organized.
Facilities such as lifts and stuff aren't that great when there are multiple floors in a building
Classes could have been renovated to the current standards.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Semiconductor related topics was interesting hence chose ECE. In upcoming 3-4years the semiconductor industry in India will grow exponentially hence ECE is the way to go. Some topics are really unnecessary and teaching could be done in more consistent and slowly in the start. 3 exams per semester .
