NITTE B.Arch fees 2025 is ₹ 13.62 Lakhs for the entire course duration.

This includes a total tuition fee of ₹ 13.38 Lakhs, Other Fees of ₹ 17,000.
Candidates need to pay ₹ 2.74 Lakhs in the first year.
NITTE Hostel Fee is ₹ 1.22 Lakhs.

For students applying under the NRI quota for admission, the total course fee for B.Arch at NITTE is ₹ 17 Lakhs.

It has one of the best and finest campus in terms of Architecture the building of arch block is awesome really worth it and the faculties are also amazing architects It has an emphasis in the whole Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology as NSAPD building is quite highly attractive

The syllabus is condensed and as per the 2020 regulations, the number of subjects is less and so it is easier for students to get done with certain subjects.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I have paid 275000/- per year for this course. Students can avail merit based scholarships, as per your 12th pass percentage for PCM, or if you have a good NATA score. There is no other additional fees to be paid here. For hostel, the yearly fees is 110000/- including a 20000/- security deposit.

the fee structure is also good but should provide facilities accordingly. as heard from the seniors the internship and placement opportunities are very less.scholarships are available but are not known to us

My college does not individually offer loan facilities but it does give us clearance for application for loan from various bank, government facilities and helps us as wells as makes the process easier.
