Likes

Campus is actually nice to hangout, not prison vibe. The maggi station is the best place in campus
Some professors are super chill and friendly and they teach properly which I can easily understand and comprehend.
Some faculties actually teach, not just read slides

Dislikes

Lab sessions are mid, more confusion than learning
Few facilities rely too much on slides and does not make the subject interesting
They won’t allow day scholars to enter the campus in evening time to hangout with hostel friends

I tried top colleges like RV and PES but my rank wasn't good enough. I was interested in aeroplanes and its dynamics so I took admission in NMIT because Aero faculty is good. My rank in kcet-2024 was 22893 so I easily got admission through kcet in 2024

Placements for my branch that is Information Science and Engineering is quite good when compared to other branches.
The events happenning in our colleges and the main event happend once in a year that is 'Anadyanta'.
The frinds we make having lots of fun in the campus.

Dislikes

Attendence criteria as in other colleges.
No coding environment in the institution
Far away from the city which is a bad thing.

The iconic college of mangalore

Likes

I love how the college is placed and the infrastructure of the college and the way the faculties are behaving the students
I don't really like the way the campus teachings methods and the services provided by them
I don't really appreciate how the whole campus support us to achieve our goals towards success

Dislikes

I don't like how the place is not as friendly to the nature the place is not completely surrounded by decoratoves like other colleges
I don't like how the fees is kind of expensive than other colleges unless they provide the best value of the money they look towards the other things like copying the students towards success
I don't like how they change the faculty or how they place multiple teachers for a single subject

Admission:

I did choose this course as my career because my brother was a physiotherapist and he motivated me to do this as my career that's why after my plus two exams I came to know about this college and applied to nitte University of physiotherapy I did also applied for yenepoya mangalore but I got accepted for it but then I came to know nitte is far better than yenpoya in the list as well they had the best faculties out there the admission process was very simple all we need is sixty five percentage in all science subjects

Likes

The infrastructure is very eye catching.
The faculties are mostly friendly and understanding.
the facilities in college is amazing and useful.

Dislikes

Some few faculties are not very approachable.
The college has turned into a university now.
No more KCET entrances and only through NUCAT

Admission:

I chose this college for its balance fee structure good faculty and decent placement opportunitires. I applied to other colleges but preferred this one due to location and affordability. The admission process includes eligibility criteria, entrance exams and cutoff scores makiing it fair and transparent.

Good campus and the teaching faculty’s are good
The peoples are also interact with others
The non teaching and security guards are also very friendly

Dislikes

The program they conduct compared to other it is little boaring
And the sports they conduct that also very little bad
Compared to other collages here canteens are very less

I am only expecting this college because in this college the principal and the faculty's are very freindly and good and other than the colleges it is very good and discipline and the campus is also quite good

NMIT - A complete review

Likes

Faculty - The teachers are well knowledged and well qualified.
Labs were well conducted and are equipped with all the gadgets and equipments.

Dislikes

No internship opportunities from the college side and we have to find one from our own.
3 MSEs compulsory whereas other colleges have 1/2 compulsory only.

I chose this college over others because this is autonomous college. The admission process was giving an exam and attending the counselling from the exam rank. Branch and college will be alloted as per the ranks. Admission process is smooth and clear communication is provided at each step. Different counselling rounds are conducted to filter down your choices and explore more opportunities.

An in-depth review of college facilities and faculty from admission to campus life

Likes

Good infrastructure will top class amenities
Time given for extra curricular activities along with academics
Practical based teaching and free database and books access both online and offline

Dislikes

Not many holidays in the year continuous classes
Only one lunch break at 1-2 for a 9-4:30 class

Admission:

This college gave me a scholarship as my mother teaches at Nitte University so I got a half concession in my fees. This college has collaborations with many others colleges like malaysia ect. Most of the physiotherapy colleges start their admission soon after the 12 board exams, since this course does not require any additional exams to be qualified a person much get his admission as soon as possible as the seats get full very fast. Every college has almost the same fees but the admissions close very fast due to the high demand of this course in the recent years. To get an admission in this college we have to submit our 10 and 12 marks card, birth certificate, aadhar. You should have over 60 percent marks in your 12 boards to be eligible for this college.

The class intime is 9 than it end at 4:30 .
Faculties are very good they all nice to every student they treat every student as equal.
They all support the sports person and they teach very good

Dislikes

There is no free time for us .so far from home
I didn't liked my uniform .i didn't liked it's colour
Fees structure.it is so costly and fees is 160000

I didn't applied other college i applied only one college that was nite institute of physiotherapy It was very nice college Eligibility is you have to score more than 60 percent in 12th standard.there is no exam for this exam
