Chitkara University (Baddi) Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placed in Capgemini first with 3.8 lacs package but didn't get the joining from there. Now placed in Wunderman Thompson MSC with 4.5 packages. Good placement. Awesome placement opportunities in the college.

I don't think their are enough opportunities for civil and electronics students in job placements . Companies are called only for CSE students. Their are only 2-3 companies for civil students with package of 3- 3.5 lacs per annum. No. Of companies arrived are very less. Only 10% of students get placements. My plan is to finish degree and go for placements all by myself .

For placement Purpose students wants to join that Campus they have Very Good Placements because of there tie-up with many multinational Companies

Good environment,Cooperative staff,Understanding seniors.

College was great, with great infrastructure, good environment, good staff, time to time activitie. Was great fun

College is more like of a school then of college. Somethings are good. But many things are bad like management, dress code, fines, chancellor's whole day lecture and his self praise talks etc. Fees is really expensive.

I am currently in the second year, but as I am in contact with my seniors, they really are satisfied with training for campus placements. Verbal and nonverbal training. Personality development is given special focus. During the placements and I have seen, that both core and noncore companies come for recruitment. Again, that's on the student if he cracks the interview. We have a special building and faculty for startups and we are highly encouraged to start our own startup if we have an idea. Chitkara fully supports the student if the idea is feasible. As successful startups can and will enhance the image of the college, especially a private college

I feel like it is the best choice if you have screwed up your jee and want a good environment to study and be yourself.

Overall the college is well placed in an area away from the hustle bustle of the city. The experience in the college is nice with good weather nice facilities and less crowd. The only thing that I doesn't like is the in and out time as some day scholars of nearby areas those who have their last lectures free can't go home early. They have to wait until the last lecture is over. Rest the college is very good.

This college till now is moderate for me, not too good as NITs or IITs, but not too bad as other lower tier private colleges. Academic wise this college is amazing till now and should remain the same in coming years.
