Hear the true voice

Hostel Facilities:

Room infrastructure is great, we have cooler , 4 beds , 4 study table, 4 almiras, 2 big fans and a decent balcony. Meal is great with snacks time everyday at 4-5 pm. Canteen is great with veg as well as non veg menu. Locality is peaceful as this is a less industrial area so taking pg is easy and good. Hostel is very affordable

Chitkara Baddi review

So my hostel fee is 33200 per sem, so in 33200 we are provided 4 beds (for 4 roommates) 4 chairs , 4 almirah, 4 table, 4 shelves, 2 power points (2 socket in each point), 2 ceiling fans 1 cooler. Meal quality is not that good may be i spent too much time eating same menu but. I don't like the dinner here.

Dislikes

Restrictions are made on bringing packed food.
Outing timings are limited in the evening.

Student Snaps:

Cooler is provided at every floor . Along with it high speed wifi is available and 24x7 power supply is provided to students. Mess food is hygiene and good comparing other colleges and universities . Hostel is provided on first come first serve basis. If someone wants pg they can check kalujhanda and pinjore.

Hostel facilties are good with respect to the amount we are paying. I am in a 4 person sharing room with a common washroom. There are for both AC and Non AC rooms with attached washroom/common washroom. Each 4 seater room has 4bed with mattress , 4 study table with chair and 4 almirah. Mess food is overall good. We have a different menu every day. For registration for hostel you will get a mail after taking admission , the whole process is smooth. It is affordable.

college do not allow the outside cooking food in hostel

There was 4 seater room and common bathroom.In room for each student one table,one chair, one bed, onr book rack.The meal is four times in every daty including brakfast lunch snacks dinner.The meal quality is good in some days and average in some days.

Accomodation facility and laundry facilities are provided in very cheap price

Hostel facility is excellent in Chitkara University. I opted a four seater room and I get it with a single single four beds in the room a 4 study tables and a desert cooler and 24/7 water and electricity supply compared to pg we can't get these facilities so cheap also we got laundry free for us included in 66600 yearly hostel fees which includes laundry mess and hostel facilities. Mess food comparison to all universities in North India is great here

The life I expected in the university

The hostal's are clean and great for living

The hostal facilities are great too we are provided with 4 beds in each room with 4 Almeras and 2 fans with a cooler which is good we are given induction in our floor and a microwave too The good is ok not going too say good and the menu is some time good and some times baad too Registration process is quite easy we are provided with a website for hostal we just neet to login and delete room no. To get it in first semester and that continues and it is quite affordable we get loundry and mess included within the hostal's fees The local is not so developed but good and that I think will buy but more that the hostal's fees

The ventilation in Bose hostel is very poor.
The quality of mess food is not much good.

The hostel fees is 33000 for Aryabhatta hostel and Bose hostel. There is laundry facility, mess facility available and cooler available. For Sarabhai hostel, the fees is 50000 rs. It also includes AC room facility.

The ups and downs of life at Chitkara University Solan

The food is also very good not as you have heard that food is not edible of hostels

Histel are well maintained 4seater boys hostel 4 seater girls histel 2 seater girls hostel There's new hostel even built rn for the boys4 seater The rooms are spacious you get a single bed for one student 1table 1chair 1almirah 1mattress you only need to bring your pillow and clother and you are sorted same goes for the girls as well The food quality of the mess food is good you can actually eat food Plus the affordability of these perks that too at such a low proce of 33300 rs my god

CHITKARA UNIVERSITY review

You can't order food from outside so you only have to use the shops inside the campus

There are 2 Boys Hostels and 3 Girls Hostels.Meal quality is good not best but you can complaint about it to the mess manager and he always helps regarding this. There are 4 students sharing room with 4 almirahs, studying table and 4 chairs,Shelfs are attached to the wall. Cooler facility is also provided as summer is very hot.
