Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

NIT Kurukshetra-An underrated NIR

Likes

Beauty of campus, lush green large campus with lake
Students here are very great. Everyone here has unique talents and company to offer
Faculty are great.most of them are IIT and NIT graduates and research scholar

Dislikes

Infrastructure is quite old and belongs to 1960s when the college was established
Hostel timing for girls is restricted to 8:30 PM and for boys there are no restrictions

Placement Experience:

Placements are great here. Amidst of recession placements are going well. All the branches had more than 75% placements in the previous year of 2022-23. Companies start placement procedures from 7th semesters onwards. Many students have grabbed PPOs also in American Express, Microsoft etc. There are no specific numbers for the companies visited and offers made but however many of the night IT firms, PSUs and startups came to visit the campus placements. If you work quite hard and have good academies along with requisite skill you can easily grab a 12-15 LPA package. My plan is to get a decent placement and enter in to corporate world.

A WAR IN NIT KURUKSHETRA

Likes

Placements of CSE and ECE are pretty decent.
We have many labs . Air conditioners are available in classrooms .
There are sports complex , gym , and a swimming pool.

Dislikes

The equipment used in our labs are not in dated .
The food is in the mess is too bad sometimes .

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like Expedia, Zomato, Swiggy, Microsoft, Airtel. visit our college. Around 90% of the students got placed, the average package is 9 LPA and the highest package is 65 LPA.

Overall experience was nice teacher are good.

Dislikes

Sometime management is not so supportive.

Placement Experience:

Placement is also good. Most of the students get placed. Last year about 80% of students were placed in some pursuit of higher studies. Some go for business/ startup. The highest package was around 48 lpa for the PIE branch and the average was 8.7 lpa.

I like the class rooms hostel and lab facilities
I also like fests of college and clubs which are working
I like the library and faculties of my department

Dislikes

I don't like sports complex because it is not big
I don't like mess food of the college and also sum cgpa scheme

In our college, there is an on-campus placement Companies like Amazon, Flipkart and Deshaw come for on-campus placement. Placement starts from the 7th semester and goes on till the 8th semester. highest package of the previous year was 1.25 crore. I don't know about the profile of job average CTC was 10 lakh

Likes

Campus life is good and provides good environmental condition
Well qualified teaching faculty with great experience
Hostels here are very very big and beautiful

Dislikes

Hostel intiming of girls which I don't like
There should be nonveg in the mess as mostvof us are non vegetarian
Mess is not good they should need to improve quality

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are very good, The highest package over here this year was 1.25cr, and lowest was 4.5 lakh and the average package was 13 lakh per annum, students here from the seventh semester are eligible for placements, and almost more than 80 percent of our college students get placed every year.

Likes

Gym facilities is good and it is also available in our hostels
Faculty also good in our college and having lots of experience.
Sport and other activities are also top notch in our college

Girls hostel timing is 8:30pm in our college

Placement in our college is great, especially in cs and it The average package in our college for cse and its branch is around 20 lakh per annum and for other branches like civil mechanical electrical are around 12 to 14 lakh per annum

Campus life is good and sports and other activity is also good

Placements are improving year by year after COVID-19. Currently, the 12 to 15 lakh package is the average package of the college and this figure increases in Cs and It branches. Famous companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google also came for recruitment. This year more than 85% students placed

First of all lush green campus then diversity, opportunities in exploring your interest etc.

Weather is hot and prices are high. For non veg lover there is no non veg available within campus.outside you can have no veg

Maybe after 3rd year. Some companies that visited last year were Microsoft, Intut, IBM, Uber, Google etc. Official data is mentioned on the institute website but the highest package was 1.27cr by the electrical dept student and the average package was 12 lpa.80% placement.

I liked the people here. The teaching method of the teachers here is very good. The campus of the college is very good.
There is Brahmasarovar near the college and sometimes when there is a dull district, we go there, which gives peace to the mind and feels good.

Dislikes

Auto drivers charge more for taking a short distance.
Lift is not working properly. Warden does not pay immediate attention to students' complaints

Placement Experience:

Almost 90 percent of the companies start taking placement colleges from the 7th semester onwards or till the end of the 8th semester in which all the students are placed. If any student still remains, he applies for off-campus placement, then he also gets placed easily.

Nit kurukshetra insights

Likes

There are various labs here with all the required equipments.
The professors are good and willing to teach and solve your doubts.
The placements are very good for all the branches.

Dislikes

There are not so many places around to visit. The location is very bad.
The city is not yet developed and has a sort of conservativeness.
There are barricade timings for girls till 8.30 only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is nice, not too easy not too tough. One can easily get good cgpa in exams by studying just one week before. I chose this course because I was deeply interested in the tech world, especially AI and ML. The faculty here nit is very good. Most of the professors teach very well. There are 2 mid-semester exams and 1 end-semester exam during a semester and it is not too difficult to pass.

Life at NIT Kurukshetra

You will have an amazing campus life here, and You can capture memories from this institute. Various programs are conducted and have many clubs, crews, magazine festivals, societies, etc.
You can make a lot of friends but make sure to choose wisely for your well-being
The hush-green campus is incredible, giving off a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
The college is well equipped and has good infrastructure. The students have access to playgrounds, swimming pools, etc

The academic structure has entirely changed after the appointment of the new director, which is interesting and beneficial to the students.
This institute has an amazing library with a rich collection of books and periodicals
The faculty support is commendable here and this institute has an abundant alumni network
The new syllabus is good, which ensures full concentration towards internship during the sixth semester and students do not get pressurised by unnecessary exams
