Course Curriculum Overview

My course is BTech in Information Technology branch. In NIT KKR faculties are fine but in the end, it is up to you (students), because nobody sits in classes to learn. Our exams are like first they conduct midsem 1, midsem 2, and then the end-sem exam.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 34000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are quite competitive, currently, the recession is going on so companies are hiring fewer students. But most of the students get placement till the season ends, so don't worry about placement.

Placement Experience

The placement are quite fine. Around 150-200 companies are visiting for recruitment. It also includes big giants like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and many more. Last year's highest package was 1.2 crore which was grabbed by electrical engineering students. And the average package of our institution is around 12-13 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite affordable for students whose family income is less than 5 lakh. For me, it is 24000 rs. per sem tuition fee and around 30000 mess + hostel fees. You can apply for an NSP scholarship which is funded by govt. of India. You get a scholarship on the basis of your category and rank in the exam.

Campus Life

College life at NIT KKR is quite good. Because it provides you with a variety of clubs and societies in which you can explore yourself. In terms of fests, NIT KKR conducts one of the best cultural fests in north India which is 'Confluence', and tech fest which is tech Spradha.

Admission

The NIT college admission process was seamless and transparent. My high JEE rank ensured a smooth journey. The meticulous scrutiny of academic credentials showcased their commitment to merit-based selection. JoSAA counseling further simplified the complex admission procedure, allowing me to make informed decisions about my course and college preferences. Overall, NIT's efficient process reflects its dedication to fostering academic excellence.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
