Nice Mediocre College to do Law

Likes

The college infrastructure and campus is very good.
The best part is the central library where you can study for hours without getting disturbed.

Dislikes

Personally, I believe that 90% seats are reserved for the students of Haryana making it a bad ratio between insiders and outsiders.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The structure was quite comprehensive cause you are made familiar with law by introducing basic and core subjects like law of contracts and torts. After that, you get to learn interesting subjects like criminal law. Talking about the difficulty of exam, the exam is relatively easier and is in accordance with the syllabus.

Department is quite good looking from outside like the court and some teachers are also very cooperative overall kurukshetra University is good i
The facilities are available there which we want like medical shops also university healt centre

Dislikes

There're lack of facilities inside classrooms like benches are broken somewhere there needles are outside
There's no facility of ac in the classrooms

I think the course is quite good The mid term exams are too good so that we don't get a burden in last final exams but sometimes exams are at 2 in afternoon that is so irritating bcox in summers it's so frustrating to give exam in that heat

This university provides 175 courses in campus under 47 departments. Recently, the university is accredited with NAAC grade A++. It is one of the most oldest and prestigious university in the nation, located in the holy city of kurukshetra.
The facilities and infrastructure available in university are good and it will foster your development. Hostel facilities are also great with separate mess, 24/7 security and other modern facilities. Campus Life is quite peaceful and vibrant

Dislikes

Placement rate are different for each department but it doesn't provide good placements and no internship guarantee
Only few facilities are good not all facilities. Law and chemistry faculty are good here

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm a law student pursuing BALLB hons from kurukshetra University. The faculty is quite good and impressive which offer you valueable knowledge and skills for future. The faculty needs to improve the placement cell because there their placement rates are not quite impressive. Now they do provide some of the online internships to the students but no real world experience. Exams difficulty level are moderate. Results are published after the 6 months of exam being conducted

Faculty of law is great. They are really supportive
The central library that is jawaharlal nehru university provides vast book options

Dislikes

Drinking water in institute of law is not good
Market price for things is also quite high

Curriculum is good and it influenced my decision because it covers all the important subjects of law . But they need to do some improvisation in course curriculum. Also the faculty needs some young teachers.

Campus is good overall environment is also good .

Our college environment is too good . If we talk about our environment of our college campus our faculty and other higher authorities are concern about children's education.. I personally want to do law and the main thing to join this university is most of the passedout students are in a good position at this time.

This is my favorite course. I see a dream in it after this course I will get my dream. I need this. After 4 or 5 months we have to give exams for this course and after some months we get the results. It is a very beautiful process.

I have chosen this course because I have to become an Advocate. The student ratio is almost similarly 50:50 . Almost all the faculty are Ph.D. holders and very experienced faculty. They teach will well. Term exams are all on time like December & May.

Placement Experience:

Some companies and law firms came every year for placements. 10% of students get placement every year. 700000 is the highest package a student can get. I plan for a master's in business law also thinking about litigation side by side only if possible.

Kurukshetra University isn’t good in terms of academics. The results aren’t declared in time. The evaluation system isn’t good. The course curriculum isn’t up to date. Coursework usually includes subjects that aren’t related to the stream. The teaching approach followed by the university is theory-oriented. You won’t get much hands-on practical learning experience.
