The college faculty is highly qualified, with most members holding PhDs or MTechs, and possessing over 20 years of teaching experience. The faculty-to-student ratio is favorable, commonly 1:5, fostering strong interaction and personal attention. Each batch of 120 students is divided into classes of 60, with a maximum of 4 hours of teaching or a combination of 3 hours of teaching and 3 hours of lab practicals. The examination system includes 2 internal exams per semester (20-40 marks each) and a final external exam (60 marks), with a passing criterion of 40 marks out of a total of 100.

Faculty members are supportive and encourage student growth, though some may show bias. They are approachable, provide career guidance, and assist with internships and placements. Despite a few faculty shortages and mixed reviews on certain individuals, the overall faculty environment remains positive and conducive to learning.
