- There is scholarship provided by nirma based on parents income and merit giving 1 lakh rupees as scholarship.
- The faculties are well established in their domain and have a good knowledge about their respective fields and are keen for the development of the students
- Nirma university claims to give 100% placement as the corporate head is having good relationships with industry leaders and placement committee are also active for providing placement opportunities.
Dislikes
- Placement scenario because of recession, if iit is affected from recession, why not nirma, placements are fallen down to only 50 to 60% and that is also around 4 to 5 lpa
- The placements are still happening but either ctc on lower side with some students still unplaced .
- Truely speaking there is recession period going on where jobs are not easily available and so with college placements.

- The campus life at nirma is very good.The greenery here is refreshing to enjoy in yout free time.
- Sports facilities are also decent which inludes FOOTBALL,BASKETBALL,VOLLEYBALL COURTS.
- Overall there are 3 canteens in the campus with a variety of food available and hygienic also.
Dislikes
- Attendance policy is very strict which is 85percent.
- Also,schedule is sometime not very efficient.
- Also,schedule is sometime not very good in perspective of a student
Placement Experience:
The placement oppurtunites at Nirma University is decent and good enough for a hardworking student.The average package here is 10lpa.This even goes higher for circuital branches such as ece,ei,and electrical and for cse and ai ml branches.

- Number of events happening are also less.
Placement Experience:
The is a separate cell that look after the placements of the students and also for the internship of the students. Many companies like KPMG, oracle, crest etc visit the campus to recruit the students.

- Infrastructure is good with goood foods around campus
- Cheap canteens with good quality of food
- Professors are supportive and many clubs are active clubs are present in every interest
Dislikes
- No ac in majority of the classes and even in computer labs too
- 85% attendance that’s seems a lot as compared to other colleges
Course Curriculum Overview:
Nirma had a good name in Gujarat and the course I am in was perfect for me as I always wanted to move forward in fin tech and the course just provided me that by saving 1 yr .The exams are kind a moderate like not too hard if u just practice the things taught in regular classes.

- The admission criteria to be maintained. You have to maintain attendance of 85 percent in the semester.
- The continuous pressure of completing multiple assignments in a very limited time.
Placement Experience:
The average placement for my course is around 6-7 LPA. Which for a fresher in engineering is a decent amount if you are not from IT department. The college guarantees a 100 percent placement for all the students enrolled for the placement. If a student does not wish to partake in the placement procedure, their are seminars and workshops to help them to pursue higher studies or help in their startup either in India or abroad.

- Clubs are very nice , University provide good funds for their clubs.
Dislikes
- Tightly schedule, no that much free lectures there.
- No on campus Hostel for B Tech Boys , you need to find private PG and Hostels.
Placement Experience:
They provide good placement in campus , In mechanical 2024 has 100% on campus placement, Other branches also have good placement in Percentage wise to Average and Highest placements .
But many Nirma students peruse masters after Bechlore .

- The professors here are very helpful and they encourage students to ask doubts
- Every professor has a different sort of teaching method but all of them are excellent

- There is nothing in particular that i dislike about Nirma University

Students are eligible for placements from the 7-8 semester there are many big names which have visited Nirma University for example cisco systems
About 50 percent of the students get placed here at Nirma University

- One of the things I like about Nirma University is the infrastructure. The whole university is in great condition with separate blocks for each Institute. Each block has air conditioned classrooms, drinking water and clean washrooms on each floor.
- The hostel life of Nirma is the best experience one can get, with great hostels, especially for girls, laundry and mess facilities, and security.
- I like the teaching pattern, and the fixed 9 to 4 or 11 to 6 schedule for most courses. There are lab sessions with each practical offering something new to learn, and tutorials for theoretical courses.
Dislikes
- I do not like the 85 % attendance criteria. It feels a bit too much for college and we have to use it very carefully because we cannot afford to have less atendance.
Placement Experience:
The placements in Nirma is one of the aspects that attracts students the most. Nirma is a big name, and a lot of companies offering good opportunities visit Nirma. The average placement of Computer Science and Engineering is around 8 to 9 LPA. Students are eligible for placement from 7th Semester. Companies like Microsift,Oracle, Deutsche Bank, and many more visit the campus.

- More focus on research is not encourage by me because I want to take placement not going for masters
Course Curriculum Overview:
course curriculum is good. but in some subject syllabus is outdatted. it is of no use for real life implementation. as per my point of view in some subject they should focus in practical instead of theory.

- Large and green Campus- We have a large and green campus.We also have huge 3 canteens put of which most liked one is Law Canteen.Also there are 4 auditoriums and we have certain centre of excellence labs.
- Sports ground- we have all type of all sports playground including cricket badmintion volleyball football table tennis
- Facilites- Compared to government colleges of gujarat we have good faciities and hygiene.
Dislikes
- Faculty- Here the faculty are not at all friendly and will not teach the courses properly.Some faculty do mot even no basics even we know concepts betther than them.
- Non Ac Class- Here there are non ac class except auditoriums and labs.Even in the new building they have not installed ac.
- Parking Charges- 3 days back they have introduce new thing as parking charges if you are student and you are coming by car than you have to give 2000/- yearly parking fees.
Placement Experience:
Placement of my college for mechanical is 7.5 lpa avg placement ratio for all branches is approximately 93%. A total of 100 students opt for placement in my dept last year out of 160. The package in my college was highest in computer science company was google and 3 people got a package of 50lpa.
The highest package of mechanical dept was 14lpa.
Recuring companies:
Bosch Rexroth, Tata Motors, Tata power, Adani, reliance,ingersol rand, Jyoti cnc,waree renewables, amazon,mahindra, google, TCS.
My plan after degree is to get on-campus placement.
Because i have chosen this college over LDCE due to the placement reason only Moreover the placement as compared to other colleges in terms of avg package is good than other colleges od Gujarat and mechanical, civil and electrical are the best-known branches of Nirma University.
Also c2c lecture and subject is going on where how to talk in placement is being carried out and disciplines to be followed in placement going on.

- There are many learning opportunities provided by the university across the year.
- The faculties are very supportive and are always ready to help without any hesitation.
- The curriculum is also set in a very systematic order to foster good learning.
Dislikes
- The college gives out a lot of load in terms of assignments.
Placement Experience:
For placements, our college has a dedicated cell named III Cell which manages all the placement work. Currently, the placement season is going on an till now 5 companies have been welcomed. They are taking their interviews and all the divisions have coordinators who help with a smooth interview process. The average package per company is of about Rs. 9 lakhs and the highest package offered is of about Rs. 35 lakhs. 95% of students are being placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for masters.
