Course Curriculum Overview

course curriculum is good. but in some subject syllabus is outdatted. it is of no use for real life implementation. as per my point of view in some subject they should focus in practical instead of theory.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 800000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is 2lpa and college is average. It mostly focused on research work. If you want to opt for master then it it best college for you. Placement are good. Facilities are good. Hostels are not available for boys. But available for girls only.

Campus Life

Ya clubing and all experince is good. I am part of two club of coding in my college. I learned alot from that.One is coding society india and other one is codeadda coding club. I was actively participating in contests.

Admission

I have not chosen this college. Because this is 2nd best college in Gujarat I got admission to Nirma. I was JEE aspirant. I got 98 pr but it was not enough so I should get into it. and that was corona time so the schedule of all the colleges was messed up.

Faculty

there were 3 exams throught the semester. classtest, sessional and semester end exam. apart from this there were practical exam also held there. 5 days a week system for 4 years. proffessors are average.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

Placement was not good at all!. There are only internships provided and only those students can archive the good placement who have good relations with our principal. This this was litterly not good at all. The amount of internship was unpaid and some are 5k per month!.

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.

The University is one of the top private universities in India. Ranked 2nd among Best colleges in Gujarat by Times.
