- The college campus and infrastructure, the classic red brick building of the du colleges
- Exposure to various cultural activities throughout the college
Dislikes
- The canteen and food supply in it not at all student friendly
- The top floor didn't had any sort of cooling device though it used to heat up in summers
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is still a new field and gives insight into a fascinating subject. this course offered the same. the curriculum was well enough to understand the real-world applications of the subject though you'll still need to have experience in working to be better at it. the teaching methods can include more practical knowledge.
Likes
- Diversity of Delhi University. Students from different parts of the country even from foreign countries come here to study in bachelor's, masters or PhD. So, i will say Delhi University is very secular.
- Faculties. DU has the best faculties who have so much knowledge and good networking.
Dislikes
- DU doesn't able to give each one of us the facilities of hostel.
- It doesn't have any placement cell for science students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is designed based on CSIR NET JRF (for phD) and UPSC CGE through which you can get job in GSI or CGWB. Faculties are highly qualified, did their phd/pdf from prestigious Foreign universities. Teacher interaction is very good in the classroom and they are helpful outside classroom also. Practical lectures and field works are very beneficial and can considered as a kind of training before entering into an industry.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is perfect for today's need, it includes both theoretical as well as practical knowledge and as geology being a field science it includes field trips to different parts of India. Course is designed keeping in mind the demand of industries as well as to fulfill the knowledge of research oriented Students.
