Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as

Academic Requirement:

• MS in General Surgery from an Indian University recognized by the Institute or Diplomat of National Board in General Surgery or any other examination approved by the Institute for this purpose from time to time
• The candidates should have passed the MD exam prior to the date of entrance examination failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination. In case the candidate is waiting for the results, unable to enclose the pass certificate, he / she can mention the same in the application and will have to submit the pass certificate compulsorily to the Associate Dean/Assistant Registrar prior to departmental assessment.
