Likes

The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities
The courses are very good as they probide a vast selection of them.

Dislikes

There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

Honest Review as a suffering Student

Likes

College is at the main city so communication system is very good.
Classrooms are good , each class has many fan lights etc.
College campus is not so much crowdy , you will fi d peace.

Dislikes

Campus is so small, there is not any ground or any place to chill.
Mathematics dept. Teachers are biased, they only prioritize selective students only.
Teachers are not interested to teach us, they are just focused to complete their part of syllabus.

Teaching is average not so good not so bad . They are mainly focused to complete their part of syllabus only. They doesn't care u are understanding or not or you have any problems. But they complete all syllabus before exam. (May send pdf the day before exam)

Good infrastructure, good faculties and smart classrooms
Course curriculum is maintained well and regular exams are being taken
Sports facility available,various clubs for extracurriculum

Dislikes

Placement is not upto the mark as the college is new but it is improving
No proper hostel accomodation for btech students
Course fee is little more for a govt college

Course curriculum was good.they should improve in terms of placement and call some multinational companies to attract more students. The frequency of exam is little high as they take minimum 2 exams for every subject

My College Days

My favorite part about the college was i got to meet new friends with who i hanged out almost after every class
My second favourite of the college is the teachers of my department. They were very supportive
The third favourite part of my college days was the canteen. The food they provided was hygienic and tasty

Dislikes

Some of the classes were not properly maintained during my college days. However now the college is under construction so i believe that the conditions of every class will imporve

Taking about the circullam, i developed interest in Political Science when i was in Class 12th. And after the final exams i decided that i going with Political Science. And regarding the improvements. From my side i dont feel any improvement is required becasue the teachers are qualified and they teach very well. The fequence of Semesters is 6 Months. Every year 2 semesters are conducted

I m from political science department and our teachers guide us in every possible way our college and required book are their in our department library and we get chance to build our confidence (seminar conducted by our professor in class).

Dislikes

I don't like about campus is power cut.

Tress are well planted and fresh ambience is there but infra could be better planned

Extra curiculler activity that our college provides to the students .

Dislikes

I don’t think that there is something i hate about my college.
Sometimes communication skills get rigid that’s it.
And there are so many students in our college… sometimes some students don’t get the opportunity to show their talent.

Excellent teaching methods.the curriculum prepares us for this competitive world in a very good way. I think I should not talk about this but sometimes in some areas it needs improvement. Exams are on time

Teachers well trained and very educated at their subjects.
Infrastructure and environment of the college compound is very good.
Extra curriculum activites is one of my favorite for overall development of the students.

Dislikes

Very stingy smell of the toilet. Cleanliness should be looked be given importance.
Slight difficulty in understanding the explanation of some teachers.
More standard books should be in the library.

Some of the teachers explanation cannot be understood , efforts can be done to improve their teaching. Strictness should be done in terms of uniform of the students, regardind the style and design of the uniform.
