I choose this course because i like it and now our economic sides are very developed. So i like it and i need it. This is very important for real-world and every important for further academic pursuits.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees is good but yearly change this tuition fees its mean thats fees few increase but that price is good. The complete cost for per year when new session start then we pay all the fees for this year. Yes thats name are Ishan Uday etc.

Campus Life

* Our college is very good for Events fastivals.Every Month organised events i our college.and youth fastival organised in february. *We Need all books and novels are available in our library and library learning rooms are very good. *No,Any student-run social groups, clubs, or student portals, including their impact on student life.

Admission

The application from application fees and application dates find in our college portal our portal name is PUB KAMRUP COLLEGE. I suggest the areas for improvement in the admission process is improve better then now because current system is so weak. I hope this system is improve very fast.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

Teachers should be cut slack to maintain their mental health. They are not provided enough rest. The exam schedule are not at all managed properly. It is quite hectic and students fail to cope up with it

Apart from this college, I had also applied to Cotton College, Dibrugarh University but was not selected due to high cut off. My cutoff in Cotton was 91 percent and the cutoff for General category was 92 percent. If I did not get any result anywhere then I took admission in this college only.Admission in our college is done on 2 basis, one on the basis of class 12 marks and the other on the basis of cuet exam.And those taking admission on both the basis have to do online registration through Samarth website, after which admission is done in the college as per the merit list.Those who do not get it, they should get spot admission in the last minute if the seat remains vacant.The cutoff for science stream is more than 60%, the cutoff for general caste students in botany and zoology departments is more than 75%.Rest of the arts students get admission even with 50% marks....Read More
