Likes

The college encourages the students to participate in different activities like SAC,ACM,NSS,NCC etc., By participating students will get lot of experience that will help to their in future. Students can join the clubs based on their interests,culture
I like the library. The way Library is organised so neat and clean. There are lot of books regarding IT, non IT, competitive books and English story books and telugu also there. Academic books also provided in the library.It is one of peaceful places
One more thing I like is the Google code laband which is located in our block that is Information Technology. The Google opened it branch in our college in 2020 I think. The lab infrastructure is very good and systems are with double screen structure

Dislikes

The most unliked thing is college timings. From 8 the classes will be started. I have to onboard the bus at 6:30 am only for that I have to woke up at 5pm only.
In some days, the food in mess is not good.
I don't like the canteen. Nothing is there in canteen

In nowadays the IT field is trending right. That's why I choose this branch. The curriculum prepared me by doing real world projecta of domains include web development, machine learning like that. By doing practical experience It should be improved.

Internships Opportunities

Internships opportunities for everyone in the college will be provided through AICTE one of the best carrier platform. But it didn't contain any stipend opportunities. I worked on one of the project is result analysis management system. It helpful for the faculty in our college to print or view the student marks.

Placement Experience

Students who are in 4 year are eligible for placement opportunities. TCS, Accenture, Capgemini,Virtusa,Tech Mahendra, etc., they offer 75 percentage placement in our college for our seniors. TCS highest package is 9 LPA, Accenture is of 4.5 LPA My plan after completing btech being a good position in my career

Fees and Financial Aid

I yearly paid 30,000 to 40,000 for bus,books,NBA,Life skills The scholarship amount is 55,000 It will send it the joint account of mother and student yearly 4 times i.e., one term= 13750/- The college is same for every category and only the fee differs in bus fees because of different routes.

Campus Life

The college is totally good and it gives some best experiences to everyone. Some of the fest and events in the college are Annual fest which is held in the month of December, Theatre days which is held in the office march, ACM spardha which is held in the month of July and there will be lot of cinema promotions held in our college.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio will be 1:10. The faculty were so good about students in helping them in new works. I like all of the faculty in my college speciallly Avinash sir he guide me in doing some work related to project or anything. I like all of the faculty and no one is my enemy. Per semester there will be 2 mid terms and 1 end term exam will be there and difficult level is not as much as tough easily can pause if studied

Admission

I applied some colleges in my surroundings but my 1st priority gave me to this college only because here placement level will be 90 to 100 percentage will be there but in nowadays during recession it not possible in coming years it will definitely possible to achieve better placements. No I didn't get any rejection from any college. I got this college from my 1st attempt. Coming to admission process, there is an entrance exam EAMCET which is held yearly once. Students who got qualified are eligible to take admission in the college based on their category. The qualifying mark for EAMCET is 40 and no qualifying is there for SC/ ST students. Diploma students are also eligible to take admission in the college by writing EAPCET entrance exam. I don't know about the details of that exam.

Admission:

I got 16k rank in my Eamcet exam and I alplied to various colleges for CSE department(even in vvit) and followed by that i applied for ECE department. I couldn't make it into CSE due to my rank and secured a seat in ECE.

I applied through my APCET result. I got my rank around 17k. I 1st preference is VVIT only. Though i applied for CSE, i got seat in CSE(AI&ML). I did not attend for second counselling as i am satisfied with my branch.

Bus facility is very good as I thought about bus fees

Dislikes

Always problem in computer, engineering labs and work shop lab
Strict rule are there in this college especially for 1year students

I applied for RVR college which is in choudawaram, guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I applied for kits college which is the best college. I applied for vignan Lara which is in guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Yes I got rejected from all the college and I got vvit to in there college

Likes

Fests and functions will be nice in the college
Quality of infrastructure will be nice and ambitious
There will be clubs on every Friday everyone can attend and participate in them

Admission:

Basically,vvit sounds good when compared to others colleges in terms of placements and I have joined in vvit because of placements only. Admission process is simple,check the recent EAMCET cutoff rank for your interested course of vvit in chrome.And at the time of counseling apply for vvit

Atmosphere is so good around the colleget facilities are good
Discipline around the college is maintained

Admission:

In Guntur several colleges have placement and several colleges have discipline and this college is one of a kind it has these both qualities so I have choosed this college. Eamcet exam is the qualification and cutoffs is different for different courses and caste.

Strict rules which made students disciplined

No direct access for students to some sources
There are some very strict rules which I feel need to be disregarded

Admission:

The main reason people prefer/ i preferred is because it is very near to my hometown and transport facility is available for us. Also there was good placements for the seniors who have graduated so I felt this would be perfect choice. Admissions are based on EAMCET rank and also there are some management quota seats too

How can loving parents deny VVIT

Likes

Fests and festivals are celebrated very effectively we can get rid of stress on that days
Movie events and promotions : atleast the movie events once in a month will be there .
College discipline: For the strict parents it is the correct college .

Dislikes

Over discipline: when the student phone is caught they will ask to bring the parents and they will check fee due .

Admission:

I chose the vvit as the first option for my career and ece as the first choice it was very nice experience with the college . But now the case courses are increasing and the value of other courses and the no of students are also decreasing . Faculty has to bring awareness in those kind of things .

Beyond Books : My Life and Learning at VVIT

Likes

Peer to peer seminars helped students in developing their self confidence and lowered their stage fear.
Student Activity Council and other student chapters where a student can improve their communication skills and leadership qualities

Dislikes

Insufficient classrooms for students and suffocating classrooms.
There is no sports ground for college students.

Admission:

I got admitted to this college based on the entrance test . I thought of getting into VIT or RVRJC is better but unfortunately I have joined this college. There will be many pros and cons in every colleges and its common one not liking their own college.

Faculty are experienced and teach about emerging topics alot and also the campus is litter free

Admission:

Because it was near to my house and the college is a reputed college for this discipline and strict behaviour and also the learning environment is great we get to experience thing in Frist hand which is a basic advantage

The infrastructure of the building is too good and good environment.

Safari's who are specially maintained to keep students calm which is a very bad thing

Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology offers full-time B.Tech course in six specializations, MCA course and a full-time M.Tech course in six specializations.

The application form is provided online on the website of the college and offline at the admission office. Candidates have to fill separate application forms for each course.
Candidates who are seeking admission to B.Tech course should have passed HSC/ 10+2 or its equivalent qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry as an optional subject.
Applicants who want to get admission to M.Tech/ MCA should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% of aggregate marks.
Admission of the candidates to B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA is given on the basis of their merit/ rank in AP-EAMCET/ AP-PGECET, GATE/ AP-ICET respectively under the Convener Quota.
Reservation to the candidates is given as per the guidelines of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

AP ICET 2025 Registration is ongoing for admission to the MBA and MCA programs. The last date to register with a late fee of INR 4000 is April 24, 2025. Aspirants can apply on the official website @cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. AP ICET 2025 is scheduled for May 7, 2025. AP PGECET 2025 Registrations are ongoing for M.Tech & M.Pharma Admissions. The last date to register is April 30, 2025 (without a late fee) or May 26, 2025, with different slabs of late fee. Aspirants can visit the official website @cets.apsche.ap.gov.in to apply. AP PGECET 2025 will be conducted from June 6 to 8, 2025. AP EAPCET 2025 Schedule is out for the Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy streams. The online applications will be accepted from March 15, 2025, to April 24, 2025. Further, JNTU will conduct the exams for the Agriculture and Pharmacy Group on May 19 and 20, 2025, and from May 21 to 27, 2025, for the Engineering Group.
