VVIT M.Tech Admission 2025

VVIT offers a 2-year M.Tech program in CSE, VLSI & Embedded Systems, Digital Electronics and Communication Systems, Power Electronics & Industrial Drives, Machine Design and Structural Engineering in full-time mode at INR 62,400. The eligibility criteria and selection criteria are as follows:

• B.E./B.Tech degree in any relevant subject with a minimum of 50% or equivalent CGPA
• AMIE/ AMIETE recognized by UPSC as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.
• Seats are allocated under Convener Quota and Management Quota
• Admission under the Management Quota is given based on the candidate’s marks in graduation. 15% of the seats under the management quota are reserved for NRI candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6 CGPA on the scale of 10.
• Sponsored Candidates are admitted based on merit and are given the leftover seats.
• Valid GATE/ PGECET scores are considered for admission to M.Tech programs. AP Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is a state-level test conducted by Andhra University on behalf of APSCHE.
• In 2024, the PGECET Open Category closing cutoff rank for M.Tech CSE was 16553.

VVIT MCA Admissions 2025

VVIT offers a 2-year MCA program in computer applications for a fee of INR 50,000 per year. The cutoff, eligibility, and selection criteria for admissions are as follows:

• Students must have studied mathematics at the 10+2 level and graduation as well.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or any relevant program.
• It is mandatory to qualify AP ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test).
