MIT-WPU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

MIT is one of the top colleges in Maharashtra Pune. The teachers are well qualified and the teaching method is good. Exams will be a little lengthy but easy to crack. If you are looking for good knowledge along with better placement opportunities MIT is the best place you should go for.

The reason for choosing the course is its demand in today's world and industry. The scope of CSE is quite high in today's market and talking about the faculty members of the university, are quite humble and interactive with the students. It was somewhat difficult to pass the term exams.

From 6th semester onwards students become eligible for placement and in last year 6 months internship is compulsory. Highest package offered this year is 44 lpa by amazon given to 3 students. Average package of CSE is 7 lpa. About 80 percent students are placed here. After getting degree I would prefer to work for 2-3 years in a company and then to create a business on own.

I choose this course because it has high demand in the market and it has a future scope as artificial intelligence and machine learning is the New opportunities for the country. The faculty-student ratio is considered good. Qualification of faculty is almost up to Ph.D. for most of the teachers. If a student put in a considerable amount of good effort it is easy to pass the exam but to score good marks you have to put in some hard work.

If you are offered an internship in any company they don't allow you to do more than 1 month in the 3rd year, talking about the 4th year they arrange an internship for students themselves for 6 months and the percentage of a student getting placement is 98% approx.

In our college, there is a trimester from trimester 10 students are eligible for placement, and for trimester 7 they are eligible for internship. in my time various companies have visited for placement ex amazon, party, IBM, zs Associates, etc. The highest package offered by amazon was 44 LPA he was my classmate and one of my close friends and the placement for cs was 8 LPA and I am not sure about other branches but I can say except for cs, etc else branch placement was almost null. almost every student was placed who opted for placement for the cs branch. I am working as a software developer and will continue in this field only.

The campus placement for engineering is great. They have an average package of 6Lakh per annum, and 10 lakh per annum for CSE only. Also, they offer some foreign offers. Overall in engineering, 60% of students get placed but in CSE and ECE branches record is up to 90%. Also, they help in preparing for higher studies. Some of the students go for further studies after their graduation. And some opt for placements, I am one of them. My current package is of 22Lakh per annum.

My college placement is very Nice. I think most of the students in the 4th year got the internship as well as the full-time offer. In our College above 1500 come every year for placement. The companies like Microsoft, Amazon and many other MNCs.

The average package is 6.5 LPA. On-campus placements are provided. The highest was 37 LPA. From the third year, students are eligible for campus placement and internships. GOOGLE, PAYTM, AMAZON, AMAZON, AMDOCS, etc. have visited. Placement provided is 100%. I haven't actually thought about my plans for now.

I haven't reached to placement part yet, but as far as I know, more than 50% of students get placed with an average package of 7-8L. Around 200 companies visit colleges for placement. Personally, I am planning for a Master's degree ahead so I might not opt for the placement procedure.
