MIT-WPU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Great team staff, one of the best infrastructure in pune, Reputed Engineering College, Trimester Structure, overall Development, cca and sports activities, inclusion of yoga and peace in academics. We got to participate in hackathons organised by college and also they took us to national educational tours to different companies to get some industry exposure.

I choose this college because it is fourth best college in Pune and also it is easy to get admission and scholarship in this college. The college as well as it's location both are good connecting the railway station at 9.7km and airport at 17km. Admission process is very simple and can be completely processed online. After the first result of any competitive exam (JEE/MHT-CET) the application opens for admission. You can also apply for scholarship during admission or even after admission. Also the college provides various private scholarships which are very helpful. College also provides many clubs for every interest. Quality of placement is good nearly all the big MNCs visit the college during placement, very much percentage of students get their placements. The highest package offered is 37 lacs and the average is around 4-5 lacs which is good.

Campus, placement, surroundings, city, crowd, teaching faculties, travelling duration from my city to college, food, living conditions like hostel, water and other facilities, route connectivity.

Overall college is good. If you have come here to learn then you would get to learn. It provides you that exposure to go and explore new field. Profeesors are supportive and knowledgeable . So overall it is a good college in pune.

I wanted to join NIT but I didn't scored well, so I opted fpr this college. I chose this college because it is a very reputed college in Pune. The college is bit expensive but provides the best education and facilities to its students.

I wanted to go in this college as it one of the famous college under MIT - World Peace University,Pune. The college is well known for its academics as well as the placement records. This was my second prefernece in CAP round.

Considering the current scenario of the campus, the life on campus is avg. The Placements are good for Computer/IT students. Rest end up doing Masters or Switching their domains. If u r having a motive of going for Higher studies then MIT would be a food choice as the life is a bit relax in MIT.

The Faculty at MIT-WPU are highly competent. Almost all of them are well-experienced PhD's, having teaching experience of more than 10-15 years. Second, The campus. I swear, When I was present there for my admissions round, the campus is just eye-catching. The globe at the centre of the campus is the main point of attraction here. The dome-shaped Central Library of the University, has just infinite number of books for every program say Pharmacy, Engineering, MBA, etc. The university also has a lot of student clubs which encourage students to socialize, work together in a community and teaches many other things. Apart from academics, The university also supports more than 80 sports here at the campus and the annual Sports Summit, which is held in September every year, is the biggest sports summit in Pune. Last but not the least, The institute is ranked 4th best in Pune for its placements. Last year, highest placement package for a CSE engineering student was about 28 L.P.A and the average package lies nearly about 6-8 LP.A.

The campus is good and the faculty is very helpful.
