NSUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 6th Sem Onwards Placement season starts and you start getting placed. Placements are decent here, there you are first shortlisted on the basis of your GPA, then coding rounds, and all that.

Placement is very nice around all tech-related branch students get placed, all the companies which go to IIT Delhi have also visited NSUT Delhi for placement, the height package is 1.25 cr and the lowest is 4 lac.

From the 6th or 7th semester, I guess students of NSUT are eligible for on-campus placement opportunities. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon India, 91 Mobiles, Adobe, Akosha Tech, Amdocs and etc. visit the campus, and a huge no. of offers they made. The Highest package given is 1.2 cr and the average package of NSUT is around 16-18 lakh per annum. Approximately 70 to 80 percent of students get their placements.

I chose the computer course as I always found interesting of learning about gadgets and technology Some of the Faculty teaching desperately But some of the Faculty are like just they teach and go, ultimately u only have to study by yourself The majority of faculty are highly qualified

The University students have been regular recipients of accolades at various International events and competitions. CANSAT – Team Kalpana-1, an undergraduate student’s team, reached the finals of the CANSAT Competition 2018 conducted by the American Astronautical Society (AAS) and NASA by securing a percentile rank of 7 out of 165 teams worldwide. A Delegation of students from NSUT was awarded the Outstanding Delegate accolade in World Health Organization and the Diplomatic Mention award in GA – SPECPOL at the 64th edition of Harvard National Model United Nations in 2018. The past performance of the outgoing batches has done us proud. In the past, eight students have been offered an annual package of Rs. 1.25 crores by Google. Apart from that, various companies like Goldman Sachs, Intuit, Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart, Linkedin, Tower Research, Adobe, Direct I among others have been visiting NSUT regularly for placements and a number of companies has been on the rise ever.

Campus placements generally take place in the last year. There are over 200 companies that come to the college for placements, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Google, etc. The highest package was Rs. 1.25 Cr which was recorded in the year 2021-2022. However, the average package is Rs.10-15 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placements in the core branch is 85%, while in the tech branch, it is 100%. I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur, so, after getting the degree, I am thinking of creating my own company related to automation.

The placements are quite good. Big Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. visit here. Almost 80-85 % of the students get placed. The average CTC also lies in the range of 12-15 lakh per year.
