As mentioned, the academic sessions at KTH are divided into two semesters of 20 weeks. For UG courses, applications are invited in Round 1 and Round 2. English Proficiency Requirements for International Students
To be considered for admission at KTH Royal Institute of Technology international students must fulfill the minimum English language requirement. Students may complete this requirement by submitting the proof of upper secondary i.e. English 6.

Sweden Visa Process for International Students
Non-EU/EEA/Swiss students seeking admission into full-time programs at KTH will have to obtain a student visa from Swedish Agency. The application is to be submitted 3 months before applying for a visa at KTH.
To get a visa students must submit the following documents:
- Copy of the passport
- Letter of acceptance
- Financial Support details for the whole duration of the study
- Proof of payment for a residence permit in Sweden
- If the duration of stay is less than 1 year then a proof of health insurance is to be submitted as well
- A copy of the insurance certificate

KTH Royal Institute of Technology Undergraduate Admissions
Presently, KTH is offering only one undergraduate program to prospective domestic and international students- BSc Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This undergraduate course corresponds to three years of full-time study and costs 366,000 SEK.
