Positive - Placements are very good. U get a tag of a Nitian. Environment is very peaceful here. Sport facilities are overall good. Infrastructure is good. ZERO ragging. Negative Professor and faculty members are not cooperative. Some hostels are not good, but new ones are v. Good As KURUKSHETRA is not a big city so u have to go karnal or chandigarh for fun.

Courses curriculum is nice. But u have to read extra to be updated. As new new things are invented daily and they cannot add each and every thing in syllabus. So u have internet and library u can use them. Exam structure is not very good they just keep repeating same things and only want answers in their way.

Placements are very good here specially for CS IT branch. Highest here was 43 lac per year. For core branches Placements are also very good as compared to other colleges. U can get 6 lac per year package easily here.

We celebrate many events from technical to cultural. Like techspardha is technical event in which u can learn a lot. Confluence is cultural which is best in north India. Colleges from different parts of India participate in it.

Very Feasible for those who can get income certificate. Expensive for others. For those who have income certificate of below 1 lac they have to pay 12k per sem in b tech and for those who have income above 6 lac have to pay 75k.

Loan facilities are available. Many government schemes are there. But u have to pay mess fee. They can only help in college academic fee up to 100%. U can apply for it. Plus many minority schemes are also there.

For sports this is one of the best among all NITs. Labs are not up to date, but many new labs are also formed like Strength of Material Lab and many others. We have a very big swimming pool. Gym is also there but not maintained. But proposal is there of building new Gym. Library facility is very good, and reading room is also there which is 24×7 open, we also have CCN in which we can use high speed internet.

Yes. Some hostels are very very good but some are very bad. Like for b tech first yr boys have to adjust in 3 or 4 seater room in old hostel (H1 H2 H3 H6) after 1st yr u can get best hostel H 10 (completely depends upon your luck). Mess food in eatable.

Yes they are very helpful here. Ragging is completely zero here. Seniors are very cool with us. Alumni are very helpful they provide financial support to any good work in college helps in job and internship.

Through Joint Entrance Examination in 2018 was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. I scored 163 marks in JEE mains and my rank was 13853. The admission process is conducted by JOSSA, in which there is 7 round. Initially we have fill our choice in it and then it automatically gives us college according to our rank.

Some are very good but maximum are arrogant in nature. Same are very worst in marking. Some love to fail students but seniors will alert you in advance about each and every one. We can learn many things from them but only in their way!!
