Highly disciplined college

It's a pretty good college for all kinds of academic facilities with least experienced staff and below average placements but with knowledge earned here can be used to get better placements by some other means.

Since the college have received autonomous states a lot have changed, academically compared to University syllabus which was highly useful. They changed the syllabus as per latest industrial needs. Examination pattern was also changed there are 8 send with 2 mid terms for each sem.

No core placements as usual like any other college. Most of the students get placed in tech companies with software background. However placement percentage is below 40% with average package of 2-3 lakhs per annum most of the placed students are not students are not satisfied with placement procedure.

Pulse is the annual program celebrated every year. There is a lot of Josh on the campus during this event. Even concerts happen with popular singers and there is RODEO conducted by bio-tech Dept. And industrial expo conducted by mechanical engg Dept. Also, international conference on material processing conducted by mechanical Dept. Which is most popular and is attended by professional in production engineering.

Compared to other colleges it's is feasible. The fee is fixed by government of Telangana and also there are additional charges for library, bus pass and micellnous items which range upto 20k per year. If your opting as student under convenor quote the fee is expensive compared to students taking admission through EAMCET.

Since it is a top college, scholarship s can be easily availed from all kinds of nationalised banks. However government of Telangana is offering scholarships to backward classes students and other reserved category students through fee reimbursement scheme. Which has a easy process to avail financial support.

College is equipped with all kinds of latest machinery in labs which will be practically useful in the industry and there is sports club for the students to participate and show off their skills and a gym and large play grounds.

Actually there are various time schedules in the campus. It is actually arranged so that senior s and juniors don't get acquainted and a serious issues like ragging happen. So basically no interaction between seniors and juniors. However, they can basically communicate during the time of events. And there is separate webpage for alumni students which I DNT think is active.

After plus 2, I have given exam through state technical board popularly known as EAMCET in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This exam is highly competitive in Telangana. In order to get into State run technical colleges, we need to get ranks below 5000 however there are some private colleges which are equally good.however this college requires a rank around 15000. U can easily get a seat and of course no interview here.

Faculty are good at what they teach. However can't expect a lot of professional teachers. I would say as merit student just 20% faculty is experienced and have Research background remaining just try to teach. If u are really willing to learn u need to go through lots of reference books. Dependency on faculty is not recommended.
