- It has provides double sharing room , which get clean daily , hostel infrastructure is improving day by day
- Easy going placement, college provides 100% placement rate with 50% students securing jobs in psu
Dislikes
- It is a semi milatary organisation so depending upon candidate
- Restrictions towards outing like you have to report college back before 10 pm
- Limited holidays , even in semester you have to maintain your attendence around 90%
Course Curriculum Overview
I am student who got orriented towards the placement , college provides every facilities in term to make you a officer and our syllabus is designed accordingly , in terms of area of improvement i think tgere should be more freedom in college with outing timing and fast completion of course and increase the number of holidays. There will be 2 term exam in between the semester whose timing is around 1 hours and 30 minutes and at the last there will be end semester examination toming around 3 hours
Placement Experience
Around your 7th semester companies started to visit college for campus placement. In 2025-26 there are reliance,haldi,igl,bpcl,vedanata,narayana,etc . These companies visited up to now There is nothing like highest package in this college because selecting in psu it means a stabke carrer and even if you wish to have a better salary after doing sime courses like nebosh and m tech in safety you can get jobs in foreign countries There is 100% placement in college To continue the job. And get near to my home
Fees and Financial Aid
Here the fees is around 45000 per year included with hostel and miscellaneous charges which is mandatory to pay every year and 135 rs daily as mess fees For sc it is around 27000 There are many scholarships available like reliane, lic, hdfc, etc. one famous one for sc category is top class which is around 3 lakh something
Campus Life
There is mainly 2 fest happen in college which includes sports and cultural activities. Now a days 2 more clubs are added and there might me be more fest in college There is well furnished library which include all books related to fire There are many student running social site like fire study desk which will also provide placement amd collge activities idea and many insta channels like beyondthe classroom which is made by our batchmates and many insta accounts related to nfsc
Hostel Facilities
There basic facility availble in college like double sharing room , matress and 2 cupboards. Coller depends on you wheter buy or not but you have buy because of excess heat in nagpur Meal is absolutely fine It is necessary to live in college
Admission
According to my rank i was getting hbtu with it branch as that was the best after this college. But, after knowing more about this field. i was fulfilled with the placement which is provided in national fire service college. Admissions process is simple first you have to give jee mains examination according to your rank college will be alloted later there will be medical examination after passing it you will be selected for national fire service college
Faculty
Faculty student ratio is not mentioned but typically there are 6 main faculty who take classes. In which all of them has different abilities For b. Tech. Students there is two exam in between semester and at the last there will be a end semester examination. Paper are easy. Barely students fail
Night Life
There is well furnished gym available ,no cafeteria is available in college execept one cybercafe and small canteen. Hostel timings is timings in college include 6pm to 10 pm exit in week days. And 6 am to 10 pm in weekends I don't find execeptional places to visit in nagpur but ya there are some places like koradi temple, vr mall, iskon temple , etc. Ya locality js safe but you have to be in college before 10 pm
