Review about the The Business School, University of Jammu

The course is very much pratical and teaches us about the real world applications . The teaching method is very interactive . The difficulty level of exams is as per the student . The students who is attentive in the class and joins regularly would find out the exam as easy and vice versa

There are a lot of internships being provided by the campus to the students . The companies like icici bank , hdfc bank, amazon, itc are there in the campus for internship. The stipends vary from company to company such as amazon provides 20000 per month , icici bank provided 15,000 per month

The students are eligible for the placements from 3rd semester itself. The companies that provide placement in the department are ICICI BANK, AMAZON , ITC, BIRLA OPUS, HDFC BANK and many other . The ICICI Bank offers the highest package i.e. almost 10 lakh .

The fees for the full course is almost 1 lakh. I had paid almost 60,000 rupees in the first semester at the time of admission and the rest payment after every semester such as 8500 after 1st sem and 3rd sem and 21000 after 2nd sem. There are not any scholorships as such but there are some financial aids for the bpl students.

The campus is very much peaceful and eco friendly. There are many programmes running in the campus focusing on students productivity and innovation. The t hib is a programme which funds the innovative ideas and helps to bring the startups in the table

The department holds 5th rank all india in respect to the ROI i.e. the return or the average package over the fees of the course . The Business school is one of the most prestigious MBA school in the state . The admissions are taken on the basis of CAT , MAT and CUET exam

The faculty members are all experienced and well qualified . All are very much cooperative with the students. Exams happens twice a semester i.e. MST exams and final exams. The MST exams carry only 15marks and are a part of the internal component whereas the final exams carry 60 marks as the external component

Yes the admission phase involves the group discussions and personal interviews. The group discussions involves the hot and current topics discussions such as automation , machine learning, Artificial intelligence etc . The personal interview involves the basic questions such as introduction and some questions from the study point of view sucha s related to economics or accounts etc.

The most famous libarary of teh city is here which is dhanvantri library . There are many famous hangout places in the campus such as gossip corner, distance education canteen and park and the danvantri area park.
