Hostel: JIAR offers separate hostels for boys and girls, which can accommodate two students. The students in the hostel are provided with the facility of indoor and outdoor games, an entertainment room, and a hostel mess.
Library: The college provides a separate library for each department student, which is stocked with the latest books, magazines, and national and international journals.
Medical Unit: JIAR provides a medical unit within the campus that can accommodate 140 patients simultaneously. The unit also has an OPD facility where 200 patients are treated daily.
Canteen: The college provides a canteen facility that serves tasty and hygienic food to faculty members and students.
Herbal Garden: JIAR provides a well-developed herbal garden that consists of rare and extinct species of flora. Some of the herbal plants are used for creating herbal medicine for treatment.

I didnot apply to any college. I got this college through neet counselling. After giving neet according to your score, the college is alloted to you. So admission is easy. After you got your seat through jkbopee or All india counselling you can come to the college and get your admission

I first applied to dev bhoomi college Dehradun But as this college was in my State so my parents asked me to opt for this college..they didn't wanted me to send outside No I wasn't rejected....I just applied to 1 college dev bhoomi and was selected but didn't went there For getting admission to my college...one has to clear neet exam whose cut off changes every year varies among general ST SC etc categories

After giving the JKCET (state exam for medical colleges), I got into the college after the counselling sessions held. I tried for MBBS but couldn't get into it and chose BAMS later. There was no such quota. I applied in Open merit although JKCET has quotas like sc/st/obc etc Counselling is the same as any other counselling process. We have to fill our choices according to the branch and college and then accordingly we get our college (acc to the rank obtained)
