Best College and the course is also good

There is no negative feedback regarding college. But at the same time there are many things that should be changed like the usage of technology and smart classes. However College management is also currently working in order to do so.

Its Good, journalism and mass communication has wider scope now a days and the exam pattern of this college is also good. It helps to improve our writing skill. Infact more preference is given to improve our writing skill and knowledge.

Yes, placement opportunity is there. Especially for journalism students there are more options. The companies like Viacom, Zee and many other news papers and channels prefer to choose the students of our college.

Jhenkara fest, its an Inter college festival. Like this there are many other programs. There will be talents day, annual day and co curricular activities which helps students to improve their skills.

Its feasible, we have to pay Forty Thousand per Year and when compared to other colleges its not so costly. And per semester there will be minimum exam fees up to thousand rupees. However those students who can't pay can approach banks and get educational loans.

Scholarship for Rank students are there. Apart from that eligible students can apply for private scholarship and college authorities will provide the necessary helps. And loan facility is also allowed.

There is more scope for extracurricular activities in SDM college. Especially for sports. There are good facilities and training available for interested students. Apart from that the college has the big digitalized library.

No, I have not opted Hostel. But as I know Hostel facility is Good. There are two hostels behind the college building one is for girls and another for boys. Both hostels are well maintained and have good facilities.

Alumni relationship with the college is good. And seniors are helpful for students. Alumni meet or get together programs will be there in order to retain the contact with old students. However old students also show interest in that.

Provide the passing certificate and face an interview. There is no particular entrance exam like the universities. Its an autonomous college affiliated by Mangaluru University Manasa Gangothri. However the syllabus and exam pattern is different from university.

Faculties are well trained and have very good experience in this profession. They not only focus on syllabus but also try to educate students with extra knowledge. This is a good part of this college.
